Have REPEATEDLY had bad service experiences with Riley Volvo. The service advisors are all helpful and friendly, but their technicians are sub-par, and their scheduling system is useless. I've had multiple instances where techs left screws off parts of the car, said they fixed issues that CLEARLY are still not functioning when vehicle is picked up, etc. The scheduling system is useless, because on MULTIPLE occasions, this situation has occurred; You book an appointment, show up at 8am to drop car off, and are told vehicle should be ready by end of day. Then you receive notification at 3pm(near time car should be ready), that vehicle hasn't even been brought up in to shop to be looked at and "they'd like to keep it overnight", only to take ANOTHER full day before they get it back to you. (as if people don't need their car for work, etc)
