And the service and attention kept on going. Between just these 2 guys and sales manager Connor making this deal happen, I will be back! I found Gunther Volvo Cars of Coconut Creek dealership through your website. They had a vehicle that matched almost everything we were looking for. I responded by email to see if the car was still available. A saleswoman named Karla called me back. After about 2 hours of discussing all of the details of the sale with her and her sales manager we agreed on a cash sale and a final price. I was making arrangements to fly to Ft. Lauderdale and drive home with the vehicle when another salesperson named Pierre called. He asked about my experience that morning and sent me an invoice for the vehicle that was $4,500 more than the price I had already agreed on that morning. We tried again to negotiate a final price for another couple of hours between Pierre, his sales manager, and myself, I even mentioned that I had the previously agreed on final price in a text message from Karla but they were unwilling to budge from a price just $250 higher. By that time I was through with Gunther Volvo Cars of Coconut Creek.

While driving down to Florida, my air conditioner on my Volvo was not working, so I was driving by Volvo Subaru and decided to stop. Rick who was with the service department , asked if he could help me, he even sent out a service technician to check out my problem. Without an appointment they said they would look at my cars and helped solved my problem. I was so appreciative and can’t thank Rick and the service department for their help.

Such a great experience with Volvo of Melbourne! From start to finish the experience was seamless. My sales guy, Andy, was very informative on the make of car I purchased. The sales manager, Mark, was very personal and negotiated my deal before I ever stepped foot in the door. They gave me a great price on the car I purchased and for my trade-in. The finance manager was also wonderful and walked me through everything, taking the time to answer all my questions. This was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend the Volvo of Melbourne dealership team!!!!!!!

They sold me a car , an xc 60 T8 , without disclosing that they had added a $5000 low inventory fee. The price of the car on the contract was not the price of the car on the sticker that was put in the glove compartment. The upcharge was not noted any where on the purchase agreement and was not verbally disclosed. Shame on them for poor business practices. Untrustworthy.
