Found a few cars I wanted to check out online. I spun up an online offer with my trade in and ‘locked in’ my payment. After test driving we got to numbers and could get nowhere near what their own website said it could. Finance manager came to talk to us with AirPods in and alluded to the fact we were ‘acting up’ due to the full moon because we couldn’t reach a deal. Very pompous and rude. The saleswoman was the only good thing about the visit. Very nice and knowledgeable.
