This is our 4th time using Bridgewater Volvo, (1 purchase and 3 leases). We first went to this dealership when we lived in New Brunswick and purchased a S60, we have since moved to Teaneck and continue to make the 1 hour drive to lease and service our XC90s. There are plenty of Volvo dealers/service centers in our area, one just 9mins away, but the team at Bridgewater makes us feel like family and that is so important to us! From Reception to Service, everyone is FANTASTIC!
We just picked up our new SUV today (7/9/22) and when we walked in we were greeted by the amazing receptionist with the brightest smile and before we could even say that we were there to pick up our car, Josh greeted us by name, said that our SUV was ready and he would be taking us through the new features, pairing our phones, installing the app and assisting us with our car seat and mirror settings, talk about top of the line service, thank you Josh!
While Josh transferred our plates and re-installed our e-z pass, we met with Steve Dolly to go over the final details and protection plans for the vehicle. We always appreciate working with Steve, he takes the time to explain everything and is honest, it is not about the sale with him, it is about making sure we are comfortable with the decisions we are making and what makes sense for our lifestyle. Thank you Steve, for always keeping it real!
And last, but certainly NOT least, is Dominick DiFalco, our MVP, our treasure, the reason why we drive the hour! Today, he greeted us with a bottle of wine and flowers to congratulate us on our new lease, he is the most considerate individual you will ever meet in a dealership. He makes the effort to make the personal connection, he always asks how our kids are doing, he sends us emails during the holidays, lets us know about any loyalty programs that are taking place and he sporadically checks in just to say hello and see how we all are doing especially during COVID. Dominick never lays on any salesman's pressures, he wants us to be happy, confident and satisfied in our car choice as it is a commitment. He is a GEM, a GENTLEMAN and a GIFT and for that we are forever GRATEFUL and will continue to drive the 50miles to purchase, lease and service our Volvos!
