I purchased a 2023 XC90 and traded my 2015 Q7 which I thought was a great ride and a quality car and I could not be any more pleased with my new purchase. From my first conversation with Joe Arrasmith and each call after that went very smooth. I felt Joe really wanted to make the experience pleasant, and he did. He took all the time needed for us to learn and feel comfortable with the car. Mark Zambito the finance manager was also a great person to work with. This is my second Volvo purchase, my first was in the 80's a 240 that I put 140K miles in four years. Thanks Joe.

I worked with Amanda when getting a new Volvo and she was able to get me another XC40 and she got me a great deal. She is such a wonderful person and I couldn’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. We went in to look at a specific vehicle. Mike Wilcox had it pulled up to the front door, ready for us to take for a test drive. It was priced appropriately and we did not have to go back and forth haggling like other dealerships. Mike was super low pressure but took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle. Needless to say, about an hour later we were signing the paperwork to finalize the deal. Great experience! This will be the first place I check the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.

I was so excited to have my second Volvo. I truly believe there are the safest cars on the road. Dealing with Volvo east and Volvo north is a disaster… Stay away. They changed my deal after it was too late for me to do anything about it. Just to have a basic service takes over 16 days to schedule. At one point they said I was talking to the owner and I found out later it was a manager

Long distance purchase and had a great experience from start to finish. After my online inquiry I was connected to Grant who provided all the information requested and a price promptly. The paperwork was overnighted and he arranged shipping of the vehicle. Refreshing to have such good customer service. Even though they are 4 hours away, I will without question use them again.

Not good. Bought two cars from them. The first time when I went to pick up the car it wasnt ready. Dirty, no gas. They just gave it to me that way. Second time they didnt have the car ready (after 3 days notice). I wound up going elsewhere. Service not much better. First car had to bring back 5 times for same check engine light. Never did fix it. Second car was in for a 12 month service. They failed to secure the oil pan drain plug and a quart and a half of oil leaked onto my brand new driveway when I got home. I expect that from Jiffy Lube. Not here.
