Our salesman, Jack Simpson was Awesome!! Was on top of everything that was related to his job. We were out of state buyers and while getting our new MH ready for us, the side window broke. It was covered with collision tape and was fine driving back to Tenn. CW Robertsdale ordered us a new window from Winnebago and had it sent to CW in Olive Branch, Miss. for them to install it. CW Olive Branch was extremely had to get on the phone to schedule an appt. When my husband finally got thru, after 2 days of constant calling, the Service Dept said they knew nothing about the window. I had to contact CW Robertsdale to help get an appt. to repair the window, which, once they did we immediately received a call for an appt. CW Robertsdale were very helpful to us and took care of our issues as best as they could. Not their fault, however, we are still waiting for our paperwork to be sent to our DMV for us to register our MH. Apparently our unit was a co-signment and had to be paid off prior to CW getting the title. Once the title is received by CW they said they will overnight it to our DMV office. Other then these few issues, I would deal with CW Robertsdale again in the future. I am hoping that CW Olive Branch proves to be a reliable business to deal with.

Warning! Do not get involved with this dealership in any way. This dealership is a victim of its own success. It is swamped with sales and warranty work constantly. It is taking at least a month to get simple maintenance done. The sales and delivery process is a comedy of errors. I recently bought a travel trailer there and it was fraught with difficulties. I currently have it in the shop there. They have had it for a full month and have told me it'll be another month. This is to fix a shower leak and replace the lift struts on the bed. Please don't get involved with them! It won't be a pleasant experience.
