I wish I could give 0 stars. We bought a brand new trailer through Affinity and it has been a disaster since we signed the papers! They do not honor their word and can't keep any service people on staff. They can't honor the warranty on a trailer they sold us! This store should be shut down. -Jenny

I cannot begin to tell you my disgust with La Mesa Rv service department. I bought a brand new Fleetwood 2015 seven years ago. Had I known the complete lack of service that they provide I never would've bought from them. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I put it in for service And had no response and was lied to outright. Namely Vinny my service coordinator had my RV for almost 2 months and lied to me and said the front end was looked at. Until I found out from the technician that it was never looked at. Took home my RV which was shaking violently in front and the rear window actually fell out. I waited from the end of January for eight months till September before I finally called and said where is my window. And they mysteriously found it. Now I've had to pay gas etc. and time to bring it back to have it repaired and have the front and looked at finally. Over two weeks ago Vinny told me that he wanted to give me a call with the chassis expert. I told him sure give me a call in another half hour and I'll be available. Weeks have gone by texts have gone by with no response. I have contacted the service manager Clay who is just as useless and has no answers. I'm going to do everything in my means to get this corrected. Obviously not from Le Mesa who is the biggest joke in RV sales and service. Wait a second not just RV service in sales. I have never dealt with a service department as inept and non-responsive as them. I've tried everything in my power to get answers and they refused to help. Never again. I will certainly be contacting corporate offices the Better Business Bureau etc.

I caution anyone who buys from Robert Crist RV (Mesa AZ location) to be very, very cautious if they buy from this dealer. Indeed, they were very friendly during all the buying process, with promises to have the RV ready for inspection and pickup. On the day and time of scheduled pickup, they hadn't yet inspected it and we waited for three hours while they did it. On our orientation they showed us everything in the RV and how it all worked. We went to our first night in it and found the freezer-fridge didn't work. They came and worked on it the next day and left without fixing it. We brought in into the dealer the following day and had it in their shop for 8 hours, leaving that night with a "fixed" freezer-fridge that again didn't work. We've gotten nothing but run-around from the dealer and it's now five weeks to the day we've owned it. From Robert Crist RV's view, it's a warranty issue--from our point of view, we never did receive the RV, because it was defective when we received it. Don't expect much help from Robert Crist RV if you have a warranty issue.

Awesome, location. Great customer service, and follow-up. James, (owner) extremely knowledgeable about his inventory. He stood by his word, and treated both myself and wife with such respect. Is not high pressure to buy there RV's (unlike bigger RV stores). Prices are fantastic and got a great deal on a used Class C and great offers on our trade-ins. Would highly recommend to buy here before the big RV stores.

Wish that writing a review could make a difference, but it looks like poor service is the norm! My advise would be to pick another RV dealer who takes pride in their service and will live up to the standards that they advertise! Five months of waiting for repair work and part replacements shouldn't be acceptable, what a nightmare. If we could do it over again, we would NOT have bought our RV from Orangewood, they are substandard.

If I could leave a review with no stars It would be more accurate. Took almost 2 months to get a appointment, Then after 3 months of our camper in we just went and picked it up, unfinished. Out satellite system was originally installed by camper world of Colorado Springs 2 years ago. When it quite working I thought camper world could fix us. They had no idea how to diagnosis or repair the system. Put in a cable, that didn't work. At that point they told me they had no idea and come get it. I called Winegard, by the way they where great, they helped me figure out what to do. The satellite needed to be taken off and sent in. They called and talked Camper World through what to do. 3 weeks later they still have not mailed the system in. I had already paid Winegard to do the work. I got the service manager involved after many repeatedly unreturned calls. After finally getting the store manager involved too, Kenny our technician finally called me back. Had to drive 1 hour each way twice to finally talk to Kenny, because he will not return calls. Lied to me repeatedly, through his manager under to bus by telling me he know all along. Lied to me about what they had done and could do. We have now made a appointment with a specialist, who is getting to us in 3 days. Kenny lied again and saying they use the specialist all the time. Obviously not on our project and according to the specialist never. Kenny provided poor service and lied about it too

A) I'm not 100% sure the dealer available in your survey drop down is the same dealer I reached out to. AutoBossMotors.com. Is that the same thing as Auto Boss RV? So, first off, bad survey experience here. B) AutoBossMotors.com never got back to me about the car I expressed interest in. Are they swamped? Is the car I reached out about no longer available? Is it a bait and switch? That would require a switch. But anyway, The lack of anything reflects poorly on AutoBossMotors.com and on Cars.com. I've taking my interest elsewhere.

This is the third time I have had an RV serviced at - patcornforth

This is the third time I have had an RV serviced at affinity and the second time that the repairs were subpar and required additional work while I was traveling. This time an axle that they replaced in May had nine bolts that anchored the axle to the frame none of which were tightened completely and all of which came loose while I was traveling in Alberta Canada. The cost to be on this trip was almost $3500 and affinity has denied any responsibility. they have refused to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs while I was traveling and my accommodations. I find this completely unacceptable and will be suing them to recover this money. Once again this is the second of three times I have had an RV repaired and the repairs required additional repairs while I was traveling. Do not take your RV to affinity for service!

Our 5th wheel was destroyed and we were desperately looking for a similar replacement without much luck. I finally located what appeared to be a pristine BH 3670RL at Landon's RV in Mesa for a fair asking price. I immediately called and told the sales person, Josh VanVaukenburg, our situation and that I wanted it. I still work full time plus having to deal with insurance and unload the destroyed unit. It was all totally consuming to the point I could not travel to Mesa to see the unit. I told Josh I would buy it sight unseen, wanted them to install a bedroom AC, do a thorough inspection and deliver it. When I told him I was still dealing with insurance but could go ahead and send a substantial deposit since I wanted them to start immediately, his response was if I trusted him he trusted me and I didn't need to send a deposit! By the end of the next day they had worked all day, had the AC in and were taking care on truly nit picking items. Josh did a long walk through video he posted for us that was amazing in detail. He was also very responsive to all phone calls and emails. I am highly pleased with Josh and Landon's. I believe they are meticulous and of high integrity and have no qualms about trusting them.
