Serious lack of Honesty and Integrity. After bringing my coach and tow-car in for service work, and after spending over $6000... it was pointed out there was damage done to the passenger side of my 2020 Entegra 45' coach (during the oil change) where the mechanic got too close to something in their shop. They were immediately notified. It took several followup phone calls to get a response from CJ (service manager) and took him over 5 days to respond. As we were traveling/moving, he instructed me to get the cost of repairs from my destination dealer and he would "kick it upstairs...for reimbursement". On CJ's request, I sent him photos of the damage...and took him at his word. After eventually sending him the repair estimate (several weeks ago) from NIRVC in Tennessee, and calling both CJ and Fernando, the branch manager, 12 times, they NEVER returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. Obviously playing "catch me if you can"! The cost of the repairs was a fraction of what they overcharged me... but have proven to be extremely dishonest and NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I no longer trust this company for any future business. Gladly, hearing of my experience, it successfully dissuaded one friend in the area to buy his brand new 5th wheel from a competitor dealership which he just recently took delivery of (can't imagine what that cost them). I was in business for 40 years, and have NEVER treated a good customer with such low regard and disrespect. At best their work was minimal, but their word is worthless and their integrity, if possible, is even worse. No one should put themselves in a position where you are at the mercy of MTRV’s corrupted management style where their total lack of business ethics will put you at risk.
