Bought second RV from North Trail, thought we were all friends and I could trust them... did I say "Trust"... I'm the stupid one for trusting any dealer, but I did and now it's a nightmare.
Bought a 2022 Veracruz with 9,000 miles and it looked and smelled like new. I did not inspect it, just looked it over and drove it for a few minutes.
Paid cash in advance "Yes only and idiot should do that"... but I trusted them.
By time we get there to pick the RV and the demo fellow showed us the electronics, who stood in the same position the whole time "on the damaged floor, then said let's go outside and he put the slide away, IT WAS TOO LATE. We took the RV, drove across the street to the Cracker Barrel, put the slide out and found the vinyl doubled over from the center slide roller and the floor all sunken down... soft spot in the floor.
I contacted the sales person immediately, within one hour, bring it back on Monday - it was Friday night and we were fortunate enough that Camping World allowed us to stay in there lot until Monday, good dealership!
Back to North Trail and the sales manager named John pretty much told us to go jump in the lake. As he stated, YOU BOUGHT IT, DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH IT BUT WE ARE NOT GOING TO STAND BEHIND THE SALE AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT... CALL THE FACTORY AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET SOME HELP!
I called and left a message on the owners voicemail, AND OF COURSE EVEN HE DID NOT CALL BACK... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN - BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HARBOR FREIGHT.
I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER GO BUSINESS WITH NORTH TRAIL AGAIN, NEVER, I FEEL LIKE WE'VE BEEN SCAMMED AND THIS UNIT WAS NOT A WHOLESALE UNIT.
