Sells processing is perfect however after buying is... - Lindac15426
Sells processing is perfect however after buying is another story. Takes 1 to 2 months just for appt to take in for warranty work. That’s not to have it worked on just to take it in. Took ours in on August 6 & still haven’t gotten it back. Have been told several different reasons each contradicting the other. Was told once the work was done just waiting for warranty approval. 2 weeks later told approved but had to order solar panel that had blown off shortly after buying & one of the main reasons it was taken in. We’re told we could take it if we needed it after it had been diagnosed but when husband said we needed it for Labor Day was told we would have to pay for work ourselves if warranty wasn’t approved. Assured him we would have it by Labor Day. It’s still in the shop & we have heard nothing. They don’t even answer my husbands calls.
