Took our Heartland Trailrunner in for a recall last week. - gene4061e
Took our Heartland Trailrunner in for a recall last week. Said it didn't need part replaced. They did say that the battery cables were corroded and need to be cut off and replaced at a cost of 85.00. I I took pictures of the cables before I left and there was absolutely zero corrosion on them. They also recommended 900.00 total work in their "free" 12 point inspection they did. And 28.00 was parts, the rest was labor. Their service is terrible, we have never had a good experience in the bath service department. I actually dread having to take the camper there for service. And to top it off the recall was supposed to take 20 to 25 minutes. I was there for almost 3 hrs. Don't trust them.

They'll sell you a trailer fast enough, but try and get a NYSI the year after and you are given an appointment 2 months out! We bought our Wolfpup from the Victor store in 2020 and this is the second year that we need it inspected. Told that I can get it inspected at the Churchville location 2 and 1/2 months from now! I'm retired so I can take it in anyday/anytime... doesn't seem to help... maybe I should buy a new every year? That or give the trooper's their phone number and explain that I tried to get it inspected, but.... Simply amazing!!

Bought a Surveyor Legend at the end of July 2020. Shopped all over and found exactly what we were looking for at Burdick RV. From start to finish, our sales experience was excellent. Although I have yet to go back for any type of service, I would expect that experience to be the same. We are very happy with our camper and would highly recommend them if you're in the market for an RV. Tom Lovell was a true professional and was very friendly, honest and straightforward about their product and their sales process.

They will lie to you from the sales floor (delivery 4 month's late) rite through the warranty service department. Once they have your money they will not honor any promises made and basically just blow you off. Bought a New RV with defects out of the box and none were addressed or honored like I received in writing on the sales slip. Go somewhere else

Took a 3 hour ride to see an RV which I had made an appointment for the previous day, only to find out they sold it 10 minutes before I arrived. Thanks Camping World of Syracuse!
