We drove over 250 miles round trip to look at our new car. Bob Schell was our sales specialist. He was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. It was truly a pleasure working with him. The entire experience at Gurley Leep Motorwerks was exceptional. We would definitely do it all over again next time we are in the market for another vehicle.

Where do I start. I purchased a 2020 Audi A6 prestige with 5,500 miles on it. It was advertised as like new and no damage or issues whatsoever. I bought the car sight unseen after my saleslady said there was no marks anywhere, no pulsing brakes, perfect alignment and no dinged up rims. It was certified pre owned by Audi. I wired the money and they delivered to my in Kentucky four days later. As their driver was standing there, i noticed a big chunk out of one of the tires. I called the saleslady immediately and they blamed it on the driver. At that point, it didnt matter to me as I didnt do it. Two of the rims also had extensive damage but were "fixed." I was told they were perfect. The next day i noticed overspray on the right lower ground effect proving the front right bumper had clearly been painted. Poorly, I might add. In addition to the alignment being way off, the rotors were badly warped causing very heavy brake pulsing. NOw, I gave Chris, the manager, the opportunity to take care of the issues. At first he agreed to buying one tire and that obviously wasnt going to work. After several back and forths, he agreed to send me $1,000 which helped but didnt cover the new wheels and tires i ended up ordering. I took the car to my local Audi dealer and they said no way those rotors should have passed the Certified pre-owned checklist. I called CHris and he said i would have to bring the car to them before they would agree to fix the rotors. Unfortunately, that is 8 hours in the car without the promise to fix them. Thankfully, Ida, at the Audi dealer in Lexington went to bat for me and got the regional Audi manager involved and he agreed to pay for new rotors and pads. I learned my lesson buying a car sight unseen. I guess buying a luxury car at a luxury car dealer was not as safe as I was expecting.

I had a great experience purchasing a new Audi E Tron Sportback from Matthew Bogdan at Audi Lafayette. Matthew was very responsive when I inquired about the vehicle. He was also easy and straightforward to negotiate with. After driving from Cincinnati to Lafayette to pick up the vehicle, the purchase finalization process was great.
