My experience has been with the service department. I have a 35 ft Winnebago class A that has had many problems. Since I started using them for service I have been impressed with their knowledge of RV issues and professional service. they provide a wide range of service packages to keep the RV systems running as they should as well as expert repairs when something breaks down. Highly recommend.

I bought my camper here brand new and had issues with it - Talky05

I bought my camper here brand new and had issues with it within the first month. It was something that was done by the manufacture they used a screw where a hose clamp should be. When I took it back to get fixed they had it for a few months they fixed a couple problems but not everything I walked through it told them it was not fixed. They kept it for a few more months just got it back and it still is not fixed. When talking to the manager he told me I should by a tool box with my new camper bc things will go wrong. I said I bought a new camper so that I could use it and bought an extra warranty for that reason also. There customer service is not good and they say they fixed everything and it still is not done. Do not recommend at all.

Steve Pieper was the best salesman we highly recommend him. We drove over an hour to get there and Steve was ready to assist the moment we arrived .Being first time buyers, we needed alot of assistance, we found everyone from the sales, financial, store tour, and RV prep employees more than professional and eager to help. They even stayed over closing time to make the whole buying experience easy and complete. We love our RV and could not have asked for a better experience. Matt Dornon was amazing; (5 Star Service) -helpful, informative and made the purchase quick and easy. Great service and very friendly staff. We will purchase our next Honda from Hinderer Honda in Heath, OH. Coming from Mid-Michigan - we had a great "day trip" there.
