On June 30, 2022, I purchased an 18ft camper. Unfortunately, this is a horrible place. My experience with Camping World at "6503 SE Alexander ST" was a nightmare. Pros: none Cons: 1) Financial manager Geffery (This is how he spelled it, not with J) made sure to express his displeasure with me paying cash. He told me to get the loan and pay it off later. But who would do that when you can pay in cash? When I told him "no," he became very rude. And he made sure I paid for it. I didn't get my plate and the title for over 2months. The reason was that he had never mailed the paper for over a month. At the same time, he only gave me one week's worth of temporary paper plates. 2) My salesperson Frank U. and the rest of the people were very dishonest and discriminatory. For example, I went to pick up my camper after they told me it was 100% ready. However, they removed the cover for my utility and had it covered with see-through plastic. The mechanics, technicians, Frank, and the sales manager told me it was my fault because the cover was never there when I purchased it. How ridiculous! After their lie didn't work, they told me it was stolen. It went on and on. They refused to take responsibility, even though my camper parked in their shop for 2 days. They knew I could do nothing about it since I had to leave for California for work the next day. Finally, I threatened to call the police since it was "stolen." Only then did they decide to replace it with peace of metal, and Tyler promised to order a new part and mail me a $400 check. If I didn't pay in cash and if I'm not an Asian- American, I would not have been treated this way. They put me in agony and wasted a lot of time until I got the plate, the title, and the cover. What a horrible place.

They lied to us when they stated our used RV was in top shape and ready to roll! Issue with the water heater, loose wires hanging down, plus a missing wood strip, a dirty mattress and a defective Catalytic Converter. They claim to have thoroughly cleaned it, which is a lie! We are done with their lies and poorly run service department. I do not recommend them!!!

The sales person that we worked with was great, but their service department is lacking and would not suggest holding your breath to get them to work on anything. My husband and I bought a 5th wheel there. They had power washed it before picking it up. Water got into one of the lights over the bed and flooded it. As a result the light shorted, the radio did not work, and the heat element in one chair was not working also. After a month of trying to get them to fix the problem, we ended up purchasing the items needed and fixed it ourselves. Butter wouldn't melt in their mouth while they are selling you an item, and will bend over backwards to get you to purchase their products, but once that unit is off their lot, good luck getting any customer service afterwards. Sadly disappointed in the after treatment!

All the organizations including Sales, Service, Walk-Through and Finance were on top of their game. The communication was excellent and the people were customer focused and fun to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this site and team.

Pricing of new motorhome - Jimbob

A few weeks ago we purchased a new motorhome with 2700 miles on it. Winnebago Intent 31P. Now I see on their site they are selling the same model for 85k. Heck I paid 96k after my trade and 5k down. The 2018 Intent they are advertising has 2113 miles on it. Something seems a little dishonest here. Then I see they are advertising my trade in Winnebago for 170k and in 2015 I only paid 135k. What a joke. I won’t be going back to Guaranty any time soon. More like never. I was hesitant to go there because of previous experience a few years ago. Now I guess it’s over...Good bye Guaranty. Mike was friendly ,informative, didnt play salesman games,and was very straightforward and honest. I would buy here again. If the facility was a little nicer and better equipped for customers I'd give them 5 stars.

Triple A RV Center 938 Chevy Way, Medford, OR Like dealing with the old school car dealer. When the salesman called me as a result of me asking for additional information, I asked for a price. He said "I think you got an email with the price" I explained that that was the MSRP and not a discounted price. He went on to say, "What are you willing to offer" This kind of selling existed years ago. This dealer is behind the times in terms of trying to earn business. I would never buy from this dealer based on my sole experience with this salesman.
