Customer service after the sale sucks beyond belief.
Bought a used RV online. Live 5 hours from the dealer so I relied heavily on their online listing for the trailer options which stated it was equipef with a CD and DVD player.
Bought the RV and when I got it home I installed a tv and found it only have a cd player not a DVD player. Contacted my sales guy who assured me it would be taken care of. Now everytime I contact him he is too busy to look into it. Going on two weeks and still no results.
They have my trade in listed on their website with the wrong options as well So seems like they will pull this stunt on someone else also. My trade had a manual awning and no roof ladder. They have it listed as a power awning and a roof ladder. They over equip their listings to lure you in.
No impressed,. Shame they were the only ones that had the floorplan I needed. If you can take your business elsewhere,. Soon as they get your money they could care less about you.
