AutoFlex is the Real Deal - C.S. & P.K.
I have purchased countless (literally) vehicles over the years for myself, my direct family, extended family and clients that it would be impossible for me to put an accurate number to it. Simply put, my 1st time experience with AutoFlex was flawless! I do not offer praise for average performance, nor am I the guy to sit down and take the time to write out a review. I have found so many testimonials these days are self promoting, over solicited and/or completely bogus in nature. With this said, I felt compelled to do something in a effort to recognized and thank AutoFlex and my sales representative, Russell, for the outstanding work they did.
Russell from the first call was so attentive, pro-active, skilled and informative that I knew whatever the outcome ended up being with my first interaction with a non-traditional auto group was going to be I would see it through and give AutoFlex an opportunity to earn my business. We were not more than two or three days into the process when Russell called with the exact targeted used vehicle, at a price you couldn't find anywhere if you performed a detailed google search. Trust me, I tried! We are talking the exact make, model, equipment options, mileage guidelines, interior and exterior color. Everything was exactly what I asked for in a "perfect scenario". As used auto buyers know, typically you have to "give" somewhere to ultimately get the "deal" you want and realize the savings that purchasing a used car is all about. Simply put, I could not have asked for the front end of the buying process to be any more perfectly executed than it was.
As thrilled as I was getting to this point, I was somewhat reserved about how the rest of this car buying transaction would go. Most of us have come to dread the business part (financing, warranty decisions, delivery, etc.) of buying a car. Again to my amazement this part of the process far exceeded my expectations. Although I was not pressured in any way to use AutoFlex financing Russell did offer to leverage his contacts. I could not be more thankful that he did. Within 24 hours we had documents printed & ready to sign, an interest rate under 5%, a dealership recognized extended warranty and a simple 20 minute closing. I literally spent between phone application to a signing, maybe 45 minutes on a part of the car buying process that has taken me hours at a traditional dealership to complete.
Lastly, I would be remiss to not mention the after the sale attention that has been extended to us! As a result of my schedule we had to do a very very quick walk around the day of delivery. Which by-the-way was early on a Saturday morning to accommodate my needs. It was not realized until the next day that a flaw on the back bumper of the unit existed. I called Russell and without question or hesitation he said "no problem, we will come by the office to pick it up next week and take care of it". This is exactly what happened. Two AutoFlex employees showed up to my office, and by 1:00 the next day the car was brought back by the same two gentlemen (nice touch AutoFlex) and parked in my assigned parking spot where they picked it up from. Oh and by the way... the bumper looked like it had never been dinged at all!
Again I don't make a habit of writing reviews, but as you can see Russell and team deserved to be recognized for providing an exceptional car buying experience. I have two additional vehicles that need to be purchased this year, one for the husband and one for mom, and there is nothing any other dealership and/or sale representative could do to keep me from making what is now my one stop call for all my auto buying needs.
