Joey was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in and responsive to the few defects found with promise for corrections. Second time I bought from Affordable and will seek them out in the future for my needs.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. When my 2021 Chevy broke down on me everything from roadside assistance to the customer service at the dealership was extremely horrible. GM roadside did not call the tow truck when they said they would. I also bought an extended warranty for my truck that provided a loaner vehicle and they refused to assist me in getting the loaner. The service department told me I had to get my truck when it was broken and not driveable because I did not have an appointment. When I asked for an appointment they told me it would be a while, but failed to even provide options or a date of when I could get one. The sales department did not care whatsoever about assisting me. After selling the truck back to the dealership, the very next day they took the truck back into service to start the repairs so they could get it on the lot to sell. NEVER AGAIN will I even shop or use this dealership for anything. If you want great customer service go somewhere else, these people do not care about you and will not provide good customer service.

They knew there was a problem with the car and didn't inform me until after I had purchased the car. They also added $750.00 to the purchase price for "their fees that they charge everyone", added extended warrenty although I had specifically stated I did not want it. Have not replied to certified letter stating wanted refund for the warrenty. Gave me registration that had already expired. I will never deal with this company again. I think everyone who has been scammed by this company should get together and file a lawsuit.

Sales person called me at 8:40AM to ask me about my interest in a vehicle he told me he had the paperwork on but that there were plenty of other vehicles I might be interested in. When I asked if the vehicle was in he miraculously lost the paperwork and asked if he could call me back when he found it. Expressed that I needed a car as that mine was totaled to then he expressed his interest in how much of a settlement I received. Did not appreciate being pressed about how much my loan or settlements were when he couldn’t even tell me if the vehicle I wanted was in stock.
