My husband bought a car to give to me . It was delivered on Oct. 6. I still do not have the title or bill of sale - today is Nov. 1. Marty is completely incompetent as to where my title is. There seems to be no way to trace it! A continued temporary license plate was supposed to be sent last week - didn't happen. I cannot even drive my new car! He keeps passing the buck onto his clerk and the parts Dept,. I asked for a copy of Bill of Sale be texted or emailed . Didn't happen. Worst experience ever for buying a car !

Didn’t work out for us. - Itsok

let me start with convenience. I did not spend hours in a dealership negotiating over a used audi. It was convenient to communicate through email & waste the same time being productive in other ways. I appreciated the effort to allow me to get things done in the meantime. Way, over priced compared to other Dealers with same car on the lot. Sorry, it didnt work out for us, but dont have to overpay Louisville’s “special” pricing. They didnt have to even try, but glad the time wasted was productive for me.-not so much for them.
