Luis and his manager Jesus have given us a completely unexpected used car buying experience. There was no haggling, no mind games or attrition of negotiation. They listed a vehicle at its median value. I had it inspected by a third party (which Luis facilated the transport of the vehicle while I was working) and short of some minor items, it was completely as advertised. I will utilize these folks again in the future and intend to pass their names on to anyone in the market. P.s. they pampered my wife with beverages. Entertaining conversation, and even a VERY high end bouquet of roses. Don't go anywhere else in tucson for a vehicle. Find a way to work with these guys. Thank you from my family.

Had probably the best experience when buying a vehicle at this dealership. I've bought numerous new vehicles but never had such a great experience. My salesman, Joey Amar, was not only helpful in answering questions but made me feel like a friend and not someone he was trying to get just a sale. He was honest about everything and made this experience 100% better than my previous ones. I texted him late evening on a Sunday about a question on the deal and he responded and cleared up what I didn't understand on the paperwork. Will recommend everyone I know thats looking into a Subaru to this dealership and especially to Joey. Thanks so much!

My car had significant electrical damage from rats - golfer

My car had significant electrical damage from rats chewing on wires, which unfortunately for me in the waiting room took quite a few hours to diagnose. However, once diagnosed, the fix was clear (and expensive). Turned out my insurance would cover it but all Chapman insurance claims have to go through Chapman Collision, at a separate facility and location. Things got complicated when it became clear Collision couldn't do the electrical work. Long story short, both shops did all that was required to shuffle the car and the paperwork and the rental car to ensure that finally, 2 weeks later, I got my car back all fixed and much cleaner than when I brought it in.

I am very satisfied with the service department. Mike Rios has done everything to take care of my Q50S and to keep me as an Infiniti owner. My Infiniti will soon be out of warranty, I talked to the sales department about a new Q50 that is coming to the showroom, but the invoice I was presented had too many dealer add ons and I felt my trade allowance should have been better. Doug then took care of my concerns with regard to the extended service contract which I expect to purchase.
