Derrick was so awesome to work with. My husband came in after already doing some research and knew exactly what he wanted when we came in. Derrick greeted us with a smile and right away took my husband to look at the Traverse that my husband wanted. Because of the unexpected stop we weren’t prepared to buy anything since we had already shopped around at several places prior Harbor Chevrolet but Derrick assured us he’d do his best to help us out. From the very beginning of the process, Derrick was friendly, attentive to our needs, well mannered, super helpful and not pushy…which is so important! He did everything with a smile and got us into that Traverse my husband wanted! The process was so easy and we didnt feel rushed in any way. What a great experience we had at Infiniti of Ontario! We went just to look, Jackie came over and asked if we needed help, we told her what we were looking for and she showed us a few cars. My husband is a very tall man, and what he was looking for, was a little small for him. Jackie showed us an SUV, something we were not looking for, but she was right! We fell in love with the car and Jackie!! I can't say enough about her and T.J in finance. He made sure we got the best deal. I was glad I was able to transfer the deposit I put down to repair my old car, towards a deposit on the new vehicle instead. That really sealed the deal. Kate called me and asked if I would rather use that money towards a new vehicle. I did consider it and it made more sense to put that money towards something new. She really went out of her way to assist me.
