She researched how much delivery would be out of state, and was very honest about costs and informed me of rebates they could offer. In contrast, I did not receive this type of service within my own state.

Had me bring it back and ordered new ones to replace while still under warranty. They dropped me off at work so I didn't have to take time off and wait. They are just always the most accommodating and fun bunch of folks. Love them!

I love Schomp MINI. Their service department is excellent. Stephen Good is wonderful to work with. He explains in detail everything that’s recommended and also lets me know what things might be OK to wait doing. I have been requesting to have my Mini serviced with Stephen for several years. Today, when their car wash wasn’t working he even drove my car next door for a wash so I could go home with a clean car. I also love how the service department does a video of my car and the undercarriage showing what they are doing and what they recommend.
