I bought a car from Noel back in October. Since then, I've had a number of issues with it that weren't disclosed to me. At first, Noel seemed like a really good and honest guy. However, after driving the car off the lot, I immediately started having issues and realized that I had been lied to about a number of things. For starters, I was told that the car was in excellent shape and that it was recently given a full inspection where everything was replaced and as good as new; I quickly realized how big of a lie that was. The transmission was shot and I had to have it replaced about 2 weeks after buying the car. Then, I took it in to get an oil change and they had to replace filters that had never been replaced before. I asked them to do an overall inspection to make sure that everything else was running okay given that the car has a significant amount of miles on it, where they told me that the lower control arm bushing was shot. I've put $3,000+ into this car after buying it for a price that it wasn't worth given everything that was wrong with it. When I relayed this information to Noel and asked if there was anything that we could do about the amount of money that I was now out of, he immediately became defensive and offended that I called him dishonest; he also didn't trust my word. After sending him the proof of paperwork that the car had a number of issues, he proceeded to tell me that I was getting ripped off by the people who inspected it. I took the car to 3 different dealerships and car shops for second and third opinions, on top of asking a friend that I know that I can trust, and they had the same things to say about the car and confirmed the damage almost immediately. Don't trust him, and don't trust this dealership. They are both incredibly dishonest. I've never seen worse customer service in my life.

I wish I had read these reviews back before I purchased my 05 Chevy Equinox in 2014 from Shirey's.. One headache after another this SUV has been..they sold it to me with different sized tires.. Very fun paying $800 1st week having the suv. They lost the spare key and wanted me to pay for a new one. It needed over $3,000 worth of work before I took it off the lot. I wish I had been more patient in those car buying days and avoided that place like the plague.. I guess their crappy reputation caught up with them so they closed down.. The worst part was he (Keith) played the Caring Christian man but was a total sneaky corrupt snake.

I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I was in an fender bender accident in a parking lot that damaged the vehicle so I took my car to England Motorcoach. They gave me a free estimate, handled the insurance claim process and even took me to get a rental! My car was out relatively quickly and looked like new. I had a promotional coupon too, which saved a little money. Overall, I am totally satisfied. Thank you guys again!

I live in the area and I was looking for a truck to play around to maybe even modified. I seen that American Rides had a truck on their lot that I really intrested in buying, and I looked the truck up on there website and didn't have a price on there, so I decided to Email the owner about the truck, I asked them if there was any known problems and if there anything that I need to know about it, owner said that there's nothing wrong with the truck and was ready to go. so I decided to stop in and look at the truck and test drive it, it drove fine around the block. And I pulled back in to talk to the owner a little bit more about the truck. they gave me a price and got them down a little bit (only $150 WOW). So when I left there to go to my bank to to about getting a loan (I was denied from my bank). I went back and told them I couldn't get the loan, they referred me to a different finance company (Mariner Finance -- different subject -- DO NOT go there for a loan, EVER). I was approved and got the check and went back there to pick up the truck. A week goes by after getting the truck, I have noticed many things that have been going wrong with it (still having problems). With them Lying to me getting a sell, I am still fixing all kinds of problem with truck "being good to go". the clutch was worn and there was an oil leak, and didn't say that the truck needed alignment (now I have to get new tires at the cheapest $125 each). I DO NOT recommend anyone buying a car, truck, SUV, ETC fro mthis place. There are other dealers out there that you can get a very nice used car to buy to your likings.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.....I purchased a car from this place May, 2011, i have also taken my car back 3times and i am a Md resident, they treat you any kinda way they hung up on me, they are telling me now that my car is not under warranty, but no one can tell me whats wrong with it. They new that this car had problems when they sold it to me, they claim that they took it to MD for inspection, but there is no way that this car passed Md. inspection, they have yet to show me the MD inspection papers. Bottom Line these people are CROOKS, I pray that ths car holds up until i pay it off or i will be stuck paying for a car that doesnt run.. It cut off on me driving down the highway with my children in the back seat, and has other problems besides that...Not to mention that they are not members of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, BAD SIGN ALWAYS!!!!

Gregory Automotive is the BEST in the area!!!!! The group at Gregory automotive are really the best around. I had been searching and searching for a vehicle that was a fit for me and my family. and Gregory had a few different ones to choose from. until I found they allowed me to test drive each one (alone I might add). It was clean, LOW miles, and the perfect color. I didn't have much to work with but Greg Jr. and Sr. worked with me ( best father and son team award). Paperwork was quick and easy and the payment was within my budget. I have to say " If your looking for a car or truck with low miles at a good price, with no pushy salespeople hassles.
