He took his time and went through all the vehicles with me that was what I was kinda looking for. He is honest, fair and more then trust worthy! I always say the best sales person is an honest one because I would recommend and family and friend to him. Even thoe the car he sold me I plan on having for a very very long time I would not dream of doing business with anyone else. because trust is everything. Recently bought my first EV, and had a wonderful experience here. I'm so happy we were able to to find what we were looking for from such a reputable dealership as Servco Toyota. The price was fair ($50 below KBB) and the process was stress-free, quick and easy. I feel confident that I good a good car and a good deal. Thanks, Servco! In particular though, our sales consultant, Mike Ikehara, was flat-out amazing. I am so impressed with his outstanding customer service!! He was friendly, knowledgable, and able to explain all the gritty details in plain language. He was always ready and available to assist and answer all our questions, even at odd hours of the night and weekends, when I really wasn't expecting a response. The car was beautiful and sparkling clean down to the details, and Mike stayed late after closing to show me around the car. He then offered to help drive the new car home, alongside my old car (which I had decided to keep instead of trade in)-- literally, going the extra mile to help me out. Thanks, Mike! The car came properly registered and safety certified of course, but I realized a week after signing the papers, that we needed particular paperwork to present at the DMV for a driver's test. We had just 2 days to get it done before the test to avoid having to reschedule for some time 4-6 months later. We turned to Mike for help, and he bent over backwards to make it all happen for us-- within just 24 hours! And better yet, he got us the all paperwork FREE of charge (we would have paid fees anywhere else), and got us in for service before normal business hours, just because that fit my schedule better. I'm honestly blown away at how helpful Mike was. We thanked him a million times, but he just said he was glad to help us and he hoped we would be back next time. You got it Mike! Honestly now I'm too spoiled to go anywhere else. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, I will definitely be coming back to Servco Toyota-- and asking for MIKE IKEHARA! Do yourself a favor, shop at Servco, and try ask for him too. He's the best!

I moved to Oahu and needed to buy my wife a car. I purchased her a 2013 Nissan Altima from Waikiki Auto Sales then six days later it would not start. When I contacted the owner hoping for some sort of remediation, he told me it was "normal wear and tear... that's the cost of doing business." Fortunately, it was not an extremely expensive repair but no one expects to throw money into a car immediately after they purchase it. Waikiki Auto Sales doesn't even do their customers the benefit of checking minor problems before they sell their cars so you definitely need to bring a mechanic if you buy from them. The owner is the epitome of a stereotypical used car salesman.

I bought several cars from Tropical Cars while stationed there in Hawaii. My overall experience was great. I only had an issue with one vehicle, and John replaced it with a newer, nicer car at no additional price. I am very, very impressed with the treatment I received at Tropical Car Sales. John certainly looks after his customers, especially the military folks. Its been a few years since I've left Hawaii, so if anyone runs into John, please let him know Brandon from Florida says hello.
