I searched high and low for a Yukon Denali XL. It was very specific as to what I wanted, so was looking across all the western states. I finally found my perfect fit up in Coeur D’Alene ID!! I reached out to the dealer and was greeted by Don Isaacs, a recently hired member of their team. I live 13 hours South of there, so making sure everything was ready to go was a top priority for me. Don made the process SO easy!! Absolutely never felt pressured or pushed into the “sale”. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected. Don took the liberty to hand wash my new vehicle, as the bay was backed up with people. The paperwork was ready to go, we did a test drive of the Yukon while they did the inspection on my trade in. We signed papers and loaded into our new family vehicle only to realize the motor on the passenger side seat was burnt out. Don talked to his boss and we all came to an agreement on what the solution should be. There was no haggling or stress in this purchase, a first for me with this being only the third vehicle I had ever purchased! They gave me an absolutely fair deal on my trade in. I would 100% recommend this dealership to any friends looking to buy. Don is an amazing asset to the George Gee team and I truly hope him the best in his recent career change! Overall, great experience. Jacob was extremely professional and always maintained great communication. I would easily choose steves over some of the other dealers in the valley because of their professionalism and availability of vehicles. There are only 2 reasons I gave them 4 stars: 1. The original vehicle I wanted they would let me buy unless I specifically financed through GM at double the interest. With the plan to "refinance" at 6 months. I still used a preferred lender and they still benefited but I didn't get the original truck i wanted. They did provide me a loaner vehicle while i was waiting for my new truck to come from the factory. While it was a tough negotiation, the GM (nick) was very professional about it. Even while I was getting frustrated and calling out their flags. 2. When I went to pick up my truck, I communicated early on my time of arrival since I had a 1h 40m drive. They did not have pre-inspection done and I was at the dealer for 1h 10m while they took care of the cleanup. They received the truck by freight early that morning so had it almost 6 hours before I arrived.

I was sadly disappointed in my experience with Ryan and Hawks motors. I had talked my daughter into buying her boyfriend his car from Ryan, a used BMW, it had low miles, was a little older but looked nice. There were some things needing to still be fixed on it that they said were already fixed but weren't. At first Ryan was great about promising to get them fixed and make it right. But that is as far as it went. He directed us to multiple shops to get things fixed but NOTHING was or has been fixed still to this day on that car, 6 months later and promise after promise. Sad part is that because he seemed so nice and easy to work with we thought we would have him and his shop work on my daughters Mercedes as well. She needed a back driver side door fixed that some children had broken the leaver to open it. We took it in, told them the issue it all seemed fine. We go back to pick it up and they said......Oh we fixed the broken back window....we were like what the window wasn't broken.....They froze pretty much at that point knowing they had done the wrong thing to the wrong car. Instead of fixing the back driver side door. They supposedly fixed the back driver side window and took apart the driver's door and in the process broke that door!! And to add salt to that he wanted my daughter to pay for having that door fixed and it wasn't broken to begin with so that he could reorder the part to really fix it now and try to fix the back door as well. 4 shops later $400 dollars spent on our side the Mercedes front door is still broken, the back door is now fixed there never was anything wrong with the window and his shop ruined the secondary air compressor which we now need to replace at a cost of $600.00 AND THE BMW STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED and since it won't work now 6 months later he is refusing to even fix the things we have in writing that he was going to fix as part of the deal and he won't take the car back and give my daughter her money back so now she's out that second car and $9000.00 dollars for it. Seriously DO NOT shop his lot and if he states he or his shop will fix anything run because it will end up costing you more than the original repair would have with a reputable shop to begin with. I'm really not happy Ryan and I think the way you treated my daughter because she was young was really a crappy thing to do. I honestly hope no one ever treats your children as poorly as you treated mine.

Saw a few reviews on this website saying the dealer deleted them on google so I’m reposting mine here I came here due to the 2000 trade in advert on the radio, I had just started a family and needed something bigger, The moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and respectful. the whole process was incredibly streamlined and I was driving home in a used CX-5 just a few hours after arriving. My issues started occurring the in the weeks following. During the buying process the salesman I worked with mentioned that there was a large amount of parts ordered to be replaced on the car, as well as a new windshield (the current one was cracked) and a detail service. over the next 2 months I reached out multiple times asking about the promised services, I ended up having to go in person 2 separate times just get the windshield to be replaced. The entire experience after the papers were signed has been frustrating. To top it off the car was sold to me for over twice the kbb value, something I found out after the fact. I’ve no idea if this is a common experience here but it’s one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As soon as they have your money it’s almost a lost cause getting any customer support.

We bought a car from them that has been broken down more than it's run in the past four months. They did replace one part on it that went out w/i a week of buying the xxx, but then the transmission went out. We didn't ask for a refund or a repair. We simply wanted to exchange it for another vehicle, but they told us the finance company wouldn't allow trade-ins for six months. So, we've endured the six months w/ the car that barely runs, and now, they won't do a trade-in, because that isn't their policy. Um, okay, then why did they say it was? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this junk lot. They sell lemons and don't care about the consequences. Their selection sucks, and the few cars they have that are in good shape are so overpriced that few (who would be shopping at a buy here-pay here place) can get qualified for them. P.S. One wonders if the "dizzy_dj" user that also reviewed this place isn't the same D.J. that works/used to work for Auto Sense...
