WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! - caci bundy
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If i could give negative stars I would. Do NOT go here to get a vehicle, I have always shopped Sid Dillons for cars and the only reason that I even went into that dealership was because I got a flyer in the mail saying that I could win 25,000 dollars. I read the fine print and it specifically said "no purchase necessary" I went in to see if I won and when I didn't they just filled out a survey about what type of vehicle I had and I told them I was not in the market to buy a car because we have two car loans already with good monthly payments. But they kept pressuring us to run a credit check so we did just to see what we could get a good deal on. When they said we could trade in our chevy cruze and get a good deal we sat down with them and told them what we were looking for. We said "A truck with the payments no higher then 500 a month and pretty good miles on it with no money down", we knew it wasn't going to be possible but we listened anyway. After they told us about some options they took our car for a drive to made sure that it ran ok and nothing was wrong with it. We didn't even know when they came back because they didn't park our car where we had it parked they parked it in front of their service doors and HELD on to our key. Nobody came back to tell us that they were back with our car or even gave us our key back. So after being told that there was one truck that could fit our monthly payments my husband took it for a test drive and when he got back they ran the numbers on what the payments would look like, the payments were over 600 and after we told them we couldn't do that they sent back another guy who then kept pressuring us, mind you we couldn't leave because they still had our car key. The second guy who came over and was pressuring us told us that he would call in some favors and say that they would give us more for our trade in and try to lower the price of the truck (which we didn't even know in the first place). So when the second guy came back and told us the payments we told him we couldn't do it and he said that he can push the first payments out 90 days and it would save us money to be able to get money pushed behind to be able to pay it. He told us we could leave but wasn't able to because we didn't have our car key still so I went to go ask for it and one of the workers gave me this weird look then took about 10 min for them to give it to us. So after sitting there for 5.5 hours we said yes to the truck just so we could leave because we felt that was the only way we could leave. We came in first thing in the morning asking us if we could get put back in our car and give the truck back. The second guy who kept pressuring us denied even pressuring us telling us he told us we could leave and think about it but we didn't have our car key to leave. He brought back a manager who told us the same thing and that they could trade in the truck and put us in something else and that they already had our car paid off so they would have to refinance our car to us and pretty much rebuy it. The manager told us that they were there until 10pm last night when they close at and the paper work was pushed through at 6:30 this morning when they don't even open until 9 in the morning as well as most credit companies. So we are stuck with a truck that we were pressured into buying and the dealership is telling us to screw off without actually us in those words. Worst costumer service ever will never go back. Will never recommend anybody else here either.
