Roger, Troy, Ray, Mike, Victor, Brian...and everyone else in the Service Dept are many steps above your average dealership service personnel. From the beginning, they have treated me, and my Mazda CX5, as if it totally mattered that I receive the best service available on my vehicle. And the thing is is that it DOES matter. They go out of their way to make sure I understand what they are looking at, what is important to take care of in the moment, and what to consider taking care of in the near and distant future. Their friendliness, their fairness in pricing, their knowledge, their skills, their abject professionalism, and their genuine concern over my car's maintenance needs have always impressed me in a way that no other dealership has ever done! The end result is that I trust them implicitly to take care of me and my car's maintenance requirements.
And to give just a small example, Roger Mendiola (Service Dept. head), even called me from his vacation time in Hawaii, while I was at the dealership, just to explain to me about a pricing issue I was having at the time of service! Who does that? I could not be more satisfied with who these people are and how they will go out of their way to make a customer happy.
