What a great experience. I bought a '21 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription from Ourisman last fall. There were no cars within 100 miles of me that had the options I wanted. Ourisman had one left. My broker connected me to Dan Gugger and Sam Schroeder to get the process rolling. They helped make the sales end easy and painless. From the start, I was concerned that my location would be an issue [I live in NY]. They said "no problem" and delivered the car right to my parking spot. Ian Walker made the business process super smooth. [First time in my life I never felt pressured to buy extras.] Since I couldn't do a live walk around to learn about the car and its features, Dan Schumm suggested we do it by phone so I could be in the car. We spent almost three hours on the phone and I never felt rushed. Dan G, Sam, Ian and Dan S made this lease the easiest of the 15+ leases I've had. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the team was always available and helpful.
