I bought a vehicle at Heiser at the end of November (Ray was great to work with - no complaints there), and in February I started getting a rattling under the hood. The repair shop said that my timing chain needs to be replaced, which is $2500 fix. Since then, I have also started having groaning from my brakes that are vaguely reminiscent of a dying dinosaur (which the repair shop said was due to a part not being put on the brake the last time the brake pads were changed), my AC and heat just blow the same temperature no matter the setting, and it sounds like a jet engine any time I press the accelerator. Cody at Heiser said they won't do anything about it since the 90 day warranty is past, although we have documentation from the mechanic that the issue was diagnosed before the 90-day warranty was up and we notified Heiser of the issue very shortly after the warranty expired - Cody is also not returning calls. We have bought several vehicles from them over the years, and I will never buy there again and will make sure other potential customers know that they don't particularly care about their customers or want them to keep coming back. My company was looking at several vehicles on their lot to purchase for our sales team, and due to this experience are looking elsewhere.
