After two unsatisfactory attempts at resolving a serious electrical/electronic issue with our 2021 Honda CRV (Required one tow to dealership.), we took our CRV to Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. There, we worked with their service writer, Kristine, who was truly exceptional in communicating with us throughout the process. She kept us apprised of their progress and concerns, gave us reasonable and achieved timelines throughout and was patient and kind along the way. She worked closely with their technician, Roy, and was able to resolve an obscure and , apparently unusual and difficult problem (Required replacement of an electronic component that rarely fails.) and returned our beloved CRV in good working order.
Kudos to both Kristina and Roy. They earned two loyal customers for Parker Johnstone and renewed our long-term faith in Honda!
