Mike the Service Manager is so awesome. I have a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer in which the cruise control quit working right after I leased it. He was on top of it to figure out the problem. Once he did and ordered the part then GM parts started with their agonizing problem of no parts. With no backorder date, no answer to when or any updates as to when it would be in. Mike kept me updated, offered me a loaner if I needed to drive to Minnesota to see family because of health related issues I rely on my cruise control. So almost 3 months later GM finally shipped the part and Mike got me in right away to fix my vehicle. His kindness, compassion was the only reason I did not throw a big fit and besides it was not his fault it was GM Parts fault! So any service you need take it to Verne Eide in Mitchell as they always go above and beyond. Also on a side note if you are looking for a new vehicle to buy or lease look up Trent the Sales Manager and his sales crew. I have worked with Trent for a long time and he is the most kindest person you will ever meet. He goes above and beyond to help you get what you need or want.Trent thanks for all you do to help me. You rock!!!!!

As always superb friendly service. I had purchased the last vehicle directly through Brent but now I see they must of moved. I searched online to find new location he went too and saw some bologna feedback on here. My extended family and freinds have purchased a total of 36 vehicles over the years from Brent going way back when he first started selling and I wouldn't refer people that trust me too anyone else. Some of these comments defy logic to me when I've dealt personally with this man 16 times myself and NEVER had one thing to complain about. And believe you me I'm a hard customer to earn respect from for automobile dealerships before Iet this guy. "He was out of the office three weeks and couldn't sign anything so nothing was getting done" ? What the heck are all these other people working here for why should he personally have to do everything? obviously words spoken from somebody without even having enough intelligence for a cognitive thought at all. Like I said I bought a new Suzuki 11 months ago and I'm just posting this year cause I can't stand to see those kind remarks when I know better Phaedon try to remedy it I'd be just as guilty as the ridiculous party that posted it in the first place. Wherever he went I will follow and so will everybody who wants to be treated fairly with honest service after we give them our money.

After asking what the "internet price" was and receiving the same email with no answer I stopped correspondence. Really thought about buying the vehicle too but got sketchy vibes because all they kept doing is sending finance information. I even said i didn't need financing through them because my credit and still no "internet price".

We heard about the detailing services and gave them a try. Sergey was very friendly and up front about everything including the cost. When we came to pick the car up it was spotless!!! Even this germ freak could get into it :) I would totally recommend Motor Solutions to anybody!!

I didn't even have a particular car in mind when I stopped here, but the salesman was so nice that I knew if I found a car, he was the one i wanted to deal with. Anyway, I found a really nice 2007 Honda and am absolutely thrilled with it. Mark answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found it for me. This guy went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a car salesman.

I bought a late model used vehicle from Spearfish Motors just three weeks ago. They sent a company representative to pick me up from Rapid City Airport: he drove me to the dealership. While we were taking care of the paperwork the vehicle was given a final detailing.The "detail" man (Dave) was very helpful. The paperwork lady was very pleasant and extremely well organised.The whole experience was without a doubt the best I've had at any dealership anywhere.I've put over 2,000 miles on my "new" vehicle without any problems at all.
