We made a purchase of our first Audi at this dealership last week. We purchased the A5 Sportback. The experience was second to none. We buy a different car approximately every 10 years and was honestly dreading the process. Audi Chattanooga was absolutely wonderful! Every person we dealt with at this dealership was first class. Our sales associate, Lindsey Reed, was great. The sales manager at that time, Jeff Newell, was awesome as well. Chris made our check out process and paperwork very smooth. I can’t say enough about my experience here. I highly recommend this dealership if you want great customer service.

Kenny couldn't have been more personable and friendly but at the same time he was also professional and very knowledgeable concerning many areas. He gave my teenage son many great tips which could potentially help him a lifetime! He's very excited about his new jeep and I'm also quite pleased with the purchase as I feel the price was outstanding for a great vehicle. We're so happy with Kenny that we wished we'd found him sooner for previous purchases and we'll also be visiting him in the future for our auto needs. Good and easy experience overall. I had them ship the vehicle from around Nashville, Tennessee to around Indianapolis Indiana. The only thing that rubbed me a little wrong was receiving the truck with a nearly empty fuel tank and the fuel light on. Also when my mechanic began looking at the truck, he found the oil filter had been crushed. (Oil was changed by seller) Overall though, they were honest and upfront. I would likely buy another vehicle from them.

Bought from this dealership that was 3 states away, because they offered the best discount on a new vehicle and no one could beat their pricing. The staff was always friendly and even sent videos of the vehicle when it arrived and before it left. The car was 100% as described. The response time and communication had room for improvement during the time of the deposit and when I found out the vehicle had been delivered to the dealership from a third party. I ended up getting my own financing since the finance department couldn't beat a rate I found on my own. There were some communication issues with the transportation company and misinformation from the dealership I wish I had known beforehand. Full payment was due when the vehicle was picked up from the lot, not upon delivery. They were also a day late and asked me to meet them across town last minute when I was told it was being delivered to my front door. Overall I would recommend this dealership if you need a new vehicle, but talk to the transportation company before they pick up the vehicle if you are getting it delivered.
