Braden in the Repairs department diagnosed the cause of the blowout, checked the axle and undercarriage for other problems, and had us back on the road in less than two hours. This kind of considerate, skillful service is so rare and so important. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Well jordan Vigos hooked me up like a tow truck and got the deal done for msrp. I was happier than a butchers dog. Jordan also followed through to make sure I got all my paperwork correctly in a timely manner. This was my first time buying from lhm and it went much better than anticipated. 6 out of 5 stars. We can't find enough positive words to express our appreciation for the professional and detailed personal service provided by Hendrick Miller, a service advisor. His extra effort saved our vacation road trip from Southern California to Yellowstone Park. We struck an object on the Logan Canyon road puncturing the gas tank of our GLE 350 without completely disabling it. We were able to drive the car to Mercedes Farmington and seek the help of their service team. Without hesitation Hendrick took over. He and his team found a new gas tank; it would take a few days for delivery and installation. He then located a hard-to-find rental car and even provided an Uber to take us to the rental office. Without his help we would have been unable to continue our vacation, which included several prepaid stops. Simply cannot thank him enough! Kaye and John A.
