This was my first time visiting this dealership and I was truly impressed with the vehicles they had on the lot. Once I saw the vehicle I sought posted online, I reached out to Select Auto and Naser, the sales consultant, provided an immediate response. I met with him that day to see the car which I did purchase. Naser walked me through the purchasing process and overview of the vehicle. Naser is a true professional and made me feel like a family member. I plan to recommend my friends and family to visit Select Auto Imports and ask for Naser.

The service department is definitely customer first focused. Our Ford vehicles have certainly had their share of complications. However, the team at Battlefield Ford does everything within the means to make the customer first. If I were to nitpick, I'd share better follow-up contact (email or phone) would be more helpful. We're actually considering getting a new vehicle at this dealership soon (if the numbers work out).

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

Been going here for service for over 10 years now and I have to say., I’ve yet to be disappointed. My latest experience has been my most appreciated yet. My car was in desperate need for a specific part that was on a national back order. The parts manager Rare, went above and beyond. He managed to find my part at a dealership out of state. Made arrangements and got the part delivered literally the next day and the service department got me in and out.
