The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider about 8-9 months ago. I have had nothing but problems since I got the car, and the salesmen are well aware that I am not happy nor satisfied with this vehicle as I, myself have told them this time and time again. 2 weeks after purchasing the car, I had to take it in for a miss ( which is still there, never has been repaired properly as I’m still having issues) and they changed my catalytic converter, told me that was the problem and sent me home. I was told before coming home in the vehicle that I still had an underlying issue and that they were going to get me in to see a Kia Dealership to have it further investigated but they never called me back with an appointment time/date. The car was doing okay at that moment, so I wasn’t stressing it too bad. Now, 7 months later….my engine light came back on Friday and the miss came back STRONGER THAN EVER! I took it to JD Byrider yesterday and they changed my spark plugs, as well as my coil pack but the car is still missing and they’re going to AGAIN set me up with a Kia Dealership. They then told me that I had oil on my spark plugs, which isn’t a good sign but couldn’t even provide me with a SAFE loaner vehicle until they can get my car in with Kia, which could take several weeks?! Am I just supposed to sit here without a vehicle for more than a month?! Oh, and my Engine light NEVER WENT OFF…its still on. I have explained that I am a single, working Mother and I DEPEND ON THIS VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILIES DAILY NEEDS BUT I HAVE SAT WITH NO VEHICLE FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER AS THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN THE CARS ON TIME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOANED! Beyond aggravated with this whole situation! My CNAC Caseworker called them after me explaining my situation to her and now they’re telling her that they won’t have a loaner for me until FRIDAY and today is only Wednesday?! Remember I took my car in on Monday and have called everyday since to see if a loaner was brought back like they had been telling me, just to get a let down everytime!! “We can’t seem to get ahold of the person to return the vehicle”….but yet I call right after my worker and I’m told they MAY have one today BUT ITS A LITTLE FORD FOCUS…like, do you really think I care what kind of car it is?! NO…as long as it runs properly smh! They keep saying they’re trying to help but actions speak louder than words….. I just hope this saves some people the money, time, emotional 🎢 , high anxiety and stress it has caused me. Not to mention the doctors appointments I’ve had to reschedule and the 2 job opportunities this issue has knocked me out of!!

She was amazing and I would have never dreamed that it could happen for me … she is a miracle worker and I thank her with all of my heart for giving me the opportunity to rebuild my credit as well as my life. Where do I start? Astorg WRECKED my vehicle and is not honorably making it right. I was told they have "expenses" and selling a car at their cost is "unfair" to them. I've dealt with this dealership for seven years. Always had great service when it came to oil changes etc. The first time THEY do something wrong, it's MY burden??!! I am absolutely appalled by their behavior and lack of customer service. Not sure how they stay in business. Beware of allowing them to drive your vehicle.

THIS GUY RYAN NEEDS TO BE REALLY COMMENDED FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To rate a place of business 5 stars is saying that they were darn near perfect. Well my visit today consisted of my 3rd vehicle purchased with in a 8 year period. Fortunately this guy named Ryan had sold me all 3 hehicles. Let me say that he has to be the most well manored, polite and very professional at this job. Definitely not a regular car salesman he cares about the customer and what he puts them in to drive. He gets a 5 star rating. Now I can tell you that Charles in the service department is also worthy of these 5 stars with his work of excellence. Great mechanic !! Dan needs a raise for how much they took me for! - Br1224

I brought my Colorado into them for the airbag light. It spit out the code for the passenger airbag connector or/and airbag. I chose just to replace the connector. That didn’t fix the problem. I drove less then 5 minutes and light came on. I was then told I needed a 920 airbag with 200 install. That repair didn’t make it 3 minutes down the road. The miscommunication between the service manager and technician was horrible. Dan told me at one point there was a way to test the airbag and had to be corrected by the tech. I was told by Dan that airbag light was coming on and off when tech moved the connector during airbag repair. The tech the next day said it was staying on solid. I jumped on Dan that if it was bad connector I should be refunded for airbag. That in my opinion is why the story changed come Friday when I picked up my vehicle. Dan offered to run new wiring from airbag to module under seat. The tech said he felt he could do this with a coat hanger without having to take my carpet up. I left with my truck. The best choice I could of made. It is now in a different shop and low and behold the new tech can just wiggle connector and get it to come on and off. He took dash apart and as you see in the pictures two wires to the connector aren’t attached. If this connector would of been done right I wouldn’t have 1,100 in on airbag repair. Anthony Chevrolet is refusing to return any money. I believe Dans original statement about being able to shake the connector last Thursday. Then changing the story come Friday. If another tech can shake it and the pictures show messed up wires well you be the JUDGE! The icing on the cake though is every other dealer I called and spoke to there service managers said that the old airbag is mine. Well isn’t it convenient Anthony Chevrolet won’t give me back my old airbag that never went off. They claim hazardous materials even though they will sell me a new one to walk out of the dealership with and junkyards sell used ones. This was a poor quality repair and there solution of using a hanger to run wires was another example of them trying to cut corners. The other dealerships I called said carpet would need to come up to see properly. This wouldn’t of fixed the problem anyways when you have a connector that looks like this. Thank you Anthony Chevrolet for your excellent and outstanding job on this repair!

I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer Limited and I love it! The owner worked with me on my trade in even though i still owed money on it and I got a great deal! When I left with my new car, something went wrong with the Ford Sync system. I called the owner, Robbie, on my way back to Pittsburgh and he took care of everything. He had someone drive 2 hours to my house, pick up my car, leave me a reliable loaner and completely replaced the Sync system free of charge. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me up to date with the repairs and when it was finished, drove the car all the way back to Pittsburgh for me. Even though something went wrong with my new car, i had no doubt that Robbie would get everything taken care of for me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer and made sure that I was taken care of. The car works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Auto Junction in Grafton WV to everyone looking for a quality car and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. They treat every customer like they were family and I can't recommend them enough if you are in the market for a great used vehicle. Thank you, Robbie, as well as everyone else at Auto Junction for everything you did for me to make sure I was taken care of. I love the Explorer and can't wait to come back when my wife needs a new car. You guys are the best!!

I purchased a car through their Bridgeport location, and was originally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were willing to negotiate price and even stayed late to complete the paperwork. HOWEVER, the 2016 car I bought started having issues the first day I drove it, and wouldn't even start within a few days. After getting stranded and several failed attempts to get it serviced (they had trouble accessing the warranty they sold me), I was told the problem was likely a recalled part. I specifically asked the salesman about this recall and he said it had been taken care of, so quite concerning that they either 1) lied or 2) don't have up-to-date info on their own cars. After some forceful phone conversations, I got a free oil change to "compensate" me for the hassle. The service center at their White Hall location was easy to work with, but it took a week to get the car back and it was dirty with an empty gas tank. No one from Dan Cava’s customer service followed up with me, otherwise I would have been willing to negotiate for not giving them bad reviews.

Have owned automobile 2 1/2 months. In first 2 weeks I had to pay $400 for towing and part replacement, Larry Dawson Auto did not feel responsible for repair. I called them about service traction sys. and service stability system warnings coming on and again "not their responsibility". Before I bought automobile I took it for a test drive and I had mentioned it shook some when brakes were applyed, salesman said he would have it checked and that it was just out of alignment, now I find out front and rear rotors are warped. Between the electrical modules and rotors needing replaced the total for the repairs will be + $2000. I bought a newer vehicle so I would NOT have to keep throwing money into one. So you can say I definately am not a fan of Larry Dawson Auto Sales.
