I then came to find that finding a replacement car was another nightmare. I had gone to a different Audi Dealership and had the worst experience in all my years of buying cars. This whole situation became extremely stressful. By the grace of God, who saved me in the accident, I was led to Princeton Audi and Greg Sconzo. From the minute I walked into the dealership I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was so kind, I had been shopping for a week trying to find a car. Greg Sconzo went above and beyond to help me. He found me the perfect car, the one I was looking for. I love my Audi and will only deal with Audi Princeton and Greg from here on.

I was recommended to Jared by my neighbor who just purchased a VW Taos. I had just been in an accident which had totaled my SUV of 13 years. I lucked into a rental of a Tiguan. And was questioning my neighbor about her choice of the VW. She raved about it and I was enjoying my experience with the Tiguan. She recommended Jared to me and couldn't have done me a better favor in my life. My car was totaled on Tuesday and I was in a new car with Jared by Saturday! Very poor service, kept car for over a 5 month period... - Jay

Very poor service, kept car for over a 5 month period returned car worse than prior. We spent $3,800 on the initial service to fix a check engine light. Within a few months the light came on again. They kept the car for over 4 months, then only gave us back the car after our repeated follow ups. They claimed it was fixed, then the light came on again. We then returned it yet again, they sat on it for another 5 months with absolutely no updates. We then escalated it to the managers Michelle Sellers, and they claimed it was because of the age of the car. How can you blame the age of the car after having kept it for extended periods of time? How do we know they did not damage the car while it was with them for long periods of time? This is still unresolved. I would never trust this dealer or team ever again!

From the moment I walked in , the customer service I received was great. I was greeted by a young man named Carlos Valdovinos. He was both professional & knowledgeable beyond his years. I was truly impressed with the fact that he knew everything about the vehicle & it was obvious he loves his job. He was also extremely timely in addressing all calls & texts. Patrick Wildridge, also assisted in making the entire process from start to finish was a pleasant one. He was vey personable but more importantly, fair when helping to solidify the deal. After finishing up the paperwork with Annie I knew they all work as a team. She too was great & had positive things to say about the dealership !

I recently purchased a 2021 Audit Q7 from this dealership and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The sales person, Chip, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional - but I most appreciated his patience with my buying experience. Before deciding to buy, I made multiple trips to the dealership for test drives etc and I never felt any pressure from Chip. He was always willing to spend time answering my questions and really took the opportunity to get to know me and my buying preferences. He offered to deliver my car to my home, and then when my license plates were available, he came back to my home to put them on. Overall, I had a great experience - I would go back to this dealership for future purchases and I will gladly refer friends and family.

Service department worst of the worst Went to the dealership over ten times, my vehicle was in the shop for 52 days within a 3 month period since dashboard cluster kept indicating remote key not detected. It’s safe to say they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and when they finally fixed it, on the drive home I realized the sunroof only retracts a quarter of a way and the sunshade 3 quarter of the way. I spoke to Marc Scalera (service advisor) and he told me it’s just a setting they have to reprogram - “a quick fix” - and to bring the vehicle in a week because they’re busy. Came back a week later and after waiting a couple of hours, Marc says they cannot reprogram it, a mechanism broke, and they need to disassemble the sunroof and need the vehicle for 3 or 4 days, and the next loaner available in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment for another week because they don’t have enough technicians. A week later, when I returned Marc told me they don’t have any loaner available and they only have one technician working. If that was the case, they should have plenty of loaners available and it’s very blatant they’re giving me the runaround. When I asked Marc why he didn’t notify me, he responded “I didn’t know you were coming” - so much for service advisor. This happened under their supervision and negligence on their part - they showed no remorse. It is apparent they don’t intend to fix the sunroof because is to complicated for them. The first day I took the vehicle to rectify the issue with remote key not detected, Marc Scalera called me and told me that they picked up an error code on my MMI and for them to fix it is going to cost $1,000, but today is my lucky day and they will do it for $750. I told Marc first of all I didn’t bring the vehicle there for that and second of all there nothing wrong with my MMI, he told me that it has the potential of going bad. Think about that - would you pay $750 because “it has the potential of going bad?” That’s your definition of a SNAKE OIL SERVICE ADVISOR. For the record three months later the MMI is still working for the simple reason there is nothing wrong with it and it’s working like a charm. I challenge Jim Desimone (General Manager) and Brooke Canty (owner) to call me so I can elaborate. Audi of Newton continues to say how much they value their customers - well guess what? I’m the customer - show me, walk the walk. I will update this review in the future.
