Jabir and staff were great with helping me find my car from start to finish! I came in on a Thursday evening 3 hrs before closing and we went on a test drive. Afterwards, I immediately knew this was the car for me! Jabir was patient and understanding. Next day we came back to make a down payment and sign the financing papers with David and we were on our way! I would highly recommend this dealership! Excellent customer service experience!

Awesome leasing experience with Audi Charlotte! Can’t say enough about the wealth of experience and knowledge of Salesman, Max Montoya. I hope that he is the person I deal with as my lease expires! It feels great to be back in the seat of an Audi, Max was the sales person to put me there. The entire staff at Audi Charlotte were super to deal with, the dealership comes with my strongest recommendation.

Audi/premium pricing provided a Yugo service experience. Total lack of professionalism, no respect for their customers' time and many, meaningless apologies. Since my Audi care expired, I have been in for 3 services and the service level has steadily declined. I won't be back.

I just want to say that the service dept. and retail parts dept. was fantastic. They greeted me and helped me with my problem in a short period of time. They even understood that I had to come from afar and realized that it was going to be inconvenient for me to return. Thanks again DCS

Purchased a new Hyundai Santa Cruz from this dealership I wrote a lengthy review on surecritic which was taken down since it wasnt great. I will keep this short Pros - Sales process - They listened and adapted to their potential buyer. Stephanie knew her cars and did a really good job of working with me. Clean dealership - Uncomfortable chairs but nice interior with water and snacks for those who have to wait (via sales or service) Gas - Full tank provided So-so - Finance - In spite of me paying cash, I had to wait more than an hour to see the "finance" department. Once in, the process was simple, reasonably quick and no hard sells Negatives - The car was delivered with a set of scratches on the gas door. It was not seen by me or sales (pre delivery) prior to delivery. I found it at the first fillup. Apparently it was done either at delivery prep or at receipt from the mfg I had to take the car into a local (to me dealership) for a checkup on the crash avoidance system not performing. Upon returning the car from my local dealer, I was updated on the crash avoidance system and was told they went in and changed a bunch of settings that Pecheles did not do. Apparently, upon receipt by the dealership, they are supposed to reset some settings to get the car ready for test driving and delivery. This was not done. In spite of requesing not to be spammed with email and phone calls the dealership continued to insure i would post my review on surecritic and they wanted 5 stars. All you have to do is follow the money. They are compensated more when 5 star reviews are posted, whether the deserve it or not. Apparently begging is not beyond them in their search for more money. If begging doesnt work, then those below 4-5 are removed as mentioned above. It took a very uncomfortable call from me to sales to call off the dogs. Blocking their calls and emails in addition to requesting sales help has fixed the problem. All the things that happened after my initial review of 3 stars is why i knocked it down on my review here. Because my review was removed i am going to post this to other sites to let everyone know that some website rankings dont actually reflect reality. I know everyone knows this but thought it was worth mentioning again, using a real life event.

I brougt my Q5 in for 2 recalls left with car early - Scottlvance

I brougt my Q5 in for 2 recalls left with car early detection not working and SOS not working. Asked for service manager to look at it he told me safty switch replaced with new app. I called Cary Audi and they told me update did not effect SOS switch or early detection sensors they must have unpluged something. You would think service manager would know this. Now have to drive 1 1/2 hr to Audi for them to fix what they broke. Poor customer service cant even return phone call
