Worst experience ever. The salesman had the vehicle warmed up and it drove good until next day so I called and let them know the issue and I was willing to work on it a little bit so he said try and put new parts on it so I did and that didn't help so I was going to trade for something different but they wouldn't trade and wanted to give me 3500 less than what I gave them although I let them know the issue the very next day. (Transmission is going bad) I will write a review every week about this experience. Typical car salesman they will rip you off. Don't let the fake smile fool you

Bought a Corvette in December too cold to Tinker with, March warms up a little bit and find out I have locking lug nuts no key in the car. Salesman tells me it's a local trade-in but when I call with the problem they bought it from an auction and didn't keep the paperwork talk to a main manager says he will try to find out and call me back a month later no call would not recommend will not buy another car from them

This has to be the worst service experience I have ever had. 1. There is 0 communication from the advisors, if you want an update you will have to call in. 2. Do not expect your vehicle to be done on time. Do not make prior arrangements for planning around their scheduled time of completion. Everyday it will keep getting pushed back to another day. 3. Do not expect to be provided with transportation while your vehicle is undergoing service. Expect about a week from said time of available service loaner. 4. Do not expect any compensation for any disruption their service department causes. Lastly, do not expect to have available technicians, they already called off.

Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie

I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

Just Purchased my 2011 Audi A5 Premium Plus! My experience with Greg Meyer has simply been amazing. His sales style is unique and one of a kind. Greg was very knowledgeable, non-pushy, and best of all, an Audi enthusiast. I was in the market shopping around for an A5. I do not live in Ohio and explained to Greg that I was out of state. I flew in, he picked me up an hour away from the dealership, and had the paperwork all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. Overall, what a wonderful experience! Highly Recommended!
