Then the car windshield wiper fluid to clean the windows doesn't work. None of the USB, in the front of the car work. The car was never even cleaned before it came to my house. I had to go have it washed and gassed up myself. I spend 28k on a vehicle i expect the basics to work in said vehicle, but vroom apparently doesn't think so. A dealer in person will fill your car detail it and ensure anything broken is fixed before you take it home. This dealership will say they checked, but in reality, they're obviously lying. Warrantee to try and get anything fixed is a joke too. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again, and I would urge you to do the same. I'm pretty easy to please and I also have expectations when I pay someone 28k for a vehicle. I can't believe the poor service I got, and the fact the company won't fix anything that is wrong with the vehicle. RRRRRUUUUNNNN!!!! More

This is my 3rd purchase from Vroom. Not because anything is wrong with the vehicles but because they make it so easy. I had the honor of working with Ivan a second time to purchase my daughter’s car. It never fails, I seem to buy around the holidays. Any delay was no fault of Ivan’s and he made sure to keep me updated. The car delivered the Monday after Thanksgiving and was exactly as shown and absolutely beautiful. The driver notified me when he was leaving Houston and we decided to meet at the Truck Stop rather than my house since I was at work and it is on the main highway (I live in a rural community.) Shaun was by far the kindest driver I’ve meet. We chatted while he unloaded and loaded, he helped get my plates on and never once seemed rushed. The car was a surprise for our daughter for Christmas but since it delivered within two weeks of the processing beginning, Santa came early. Thanks again, Ivan and Vroom, for a wonderful car buying experience. We will be back again soon, I am sure. More
Decided to return the vehicle within their 7 return policy window. We have scheduled 3 times to have the vehicle picked up. We have lost 4 days of work and life in the process. They will not give us the information of the pickup company in order for us to confirm when they will arrive. We were told that the driver they were using is too busy to get to us but they have not communicated with them or other companies to have the vehicle picked up in a timely manner. We have been waiting 2 weeks. More

I was skeptical about using the "online dealer network" of Vroom or similar competitors. However, the process was so seamless and fast... I will never trade-in a car any other way. I knew exactly what of Vroom or similar competitors. However, the process was so seamless and fast... I will never trade-in a car any other way. I knew exactly what I was going to get for the car before it left my drive way, and I received the check no less than 2 days later. Thank you Vroom for making this process simple! More
Looking the car up online and dealing with the sales people was great. It was after the transaction was final that it went downhill. The car was delivered at the end of my street because the driver said he couldn’t fit. He then proceeded to drive down my street when he left. The car was delivered with warped rotors, which took me six weeks going back and forth with the ridiculous customer service they offer. There is no specific number or specific email to talk to one person, only a general phone number and email. When I finally had the brakes done, they discovered there was a missing bolt in one of the calipers, which had been causing a mysterious clanking noise in the car. I was told in order to fix the clanking noise I would have to take it to an authorized GMC dealer. I’m glad the brake people found it, it saved me two different trips. I think after two months the car is finally what I expected it to be on the day it was delivered. More
