I purchase a vehicle from this place in December 2021 by the time I got it home the engine light came on so I pulled over because the car wouldn’t go I purchase a vehicle from this place in December 2021 by the time I got it home the engine light came on so I pulled over because the car wouldn’t go. I was under warranty so I called Dowc they had it towed to a rinky dink mechanic shop who said it was misfiring and that Dowc wouldn’t pay for that and charged me 350.00 2 weeks later it does it again I call Dowc and they say take it back to the mechanic and tell him to send us a diagnostic he.refuses to do that mind you I did not pick this mechanic Dwoc did. So he says take it the dealership he say it’s overheating. No duh you are the mechanic fix it. So I take it to the dealership. OmG these guys are some the worst people you’ll ever meet after you buy a car from them. So I say this car is junk and I’m leaving it here. They say we are are going to escalate the claim and get back with you. You think they did? So I take it to pep boys . They say it’s need a coil pack mind you the other mechanic had already replaced the coil pack and it worked for about 200 miles. So they replace it again and it worked for another 200 miles and stranded ne again.I take it back to pep boys they say it’s misfiring in the engine and it needs anew engine. They replace the engine. An engine that was handpicked and delivered to pep boys by no other than Dwoc. Guess what ? 50 miles into the new ? Engine it blows up on me while driving around the corner.I call us auto and they say you are no longer under warranty so I had to pay for a tow back to pep boys. Pep boys says all we did was install the engine they gave us. I’m at a cross roads right now. Are there any lawyers that are willing to take this case because at this point I’d rather pay for a lawyer than this car that I gave put less Than 2000 mile on and it been in the shop more than it’s been in the road since I got it. Does anyone have any advice or am I just stuck with this $ 20,000 piece of crap and out of my hard earned money? I’m 2 months ahead on payments but I can’t drive the car nor can anyone seem to get it to work reliably. So far I be shelled out 350.00 for a coil pack 111.00 for a deductible and 138.00 for a tow . Please help More
I've had my car paying $440 of the agreed $431 monthly agreement. I've never missed any payments my first year or 2 all the way up until the month before last whereas I was supposedly FINALLY given my new agreement. I've never missed any payments my first year or 2 all the way up until the month before last whereas I was supposedly FINALLY given my new due date that was owed since my first payment came due as well as the deferment I was offered all in the same month. This due date change and all was supposed to give me the next month to skip a payment which I.h happily did so I could breathe FINALLY!!! But I call in to pay my new $0 balance with the first payment due since my deferment and my due date change only to find that THEY LIED AGAIN and the die date change and/or deferment was never completed again but if you'll just DOUBLE PAY to make up for the skipped payment well be settled up and ofcourse the person who lied over the phone this time as usual has falsely documented the records to fit their own narrative of what was said between the 2 of us. Also where are these alleged RECORDED CONVERSATIONS that I keep Begging to have pulled up Please!?!? I'm a Disabled Veteran who can BARELY WALK and my knees are Shot that's why I pay monthly but the attitude of the Customer Service Representatives are HORRIBLE and they Love to either laugh or hang up on the Customer. I've heard things like: Well if youd shut up and listen then maybe youd understand or you're the on that's worried about keeping your car from getting cut off sir not me...Or You can report whatever you want to but My car note is already paid and doesnt have a shut off device in it Click. If not those then theres the classic one where they start saying Hello while we're talking but not leaving any space for you to say yes I'm still here that way it paints the illusion that they suddenly stop being able to hear you speaking. It's been pure H3LL since 2019 but... I did finally figure out that if you'll just do their job for them and pay through the automated service it's your best bet until they one day realize how you've been able to successfully pay each month all the while avoiding their torturous disrespect and that's when they went in the system and change something in my personal information so that it would NO LONGER Match so that I'd be unable to simply call in and Pay through the automated service each month and then I'd be forced to have to start back calling in to speak to a live Person with the disrespectful attitudes and hangups or else your car note will fall behind. I left off on paying September 27th because a double payment is about 1000 cash and I'm A Disabled Veteran paid once monthly so a couple days before Monday (the paydate) they picked up the car having a dealership hold it then offer it back to me still on Monday the original paydate anyway except now at DOUBLE the already DOUBLED Payment so now they want 2000 on the day I was already paying 1000 all due to their own clerical errors whereas they failed to correct the due date since the car was purchased. They just kept promising to correct that due date and offered the deferment in 2021 when I finally started to have an issue that month whereas their mistakes where catching up to me as far as the warranty that they were supposed to be Clearing up plus figuring out why my car kept cutting of 30 plus times before my 1st payment ever came due in order to avoid you getting in to exercise that great WARRANTY Package we purchased but never got to use because the car kept cutting off after mentioning we were heading in to use the warranty coverage.but last of all do not fall for that stuff about they can only fix things that's NOT COSMETIC and how it has to really affect the driving performance and they say you have to catch it and point it out and have proof that you pointed it out all out as well and all bu the time you finished the Initial test drive. I did well all the time I could avoid having to talk to them and I could just pay them automatically until they blocked my automatic payments. More

I live 50+ miles from the dealership in Athens, I spent a days calling back and forth sending copies of all kinds of financial paperwork and was clear on how much I had to pay down($1000) after all kinds of days calling back and forth sending copies of all kinds of financial paperwork and was clear on how much I had to pay down($1000) after all kinds of deal making and me paying part of the down payment up front over the phone the deal was made and I caught a ride with a guy I know and was dropped off at the dealership I told the salesman that was wanting to get everything figured out because when I come to the dealership that my ride would be just pulling up and dropping me off cause they had someplace to be and I had to be leaving with a car...... So once I got there it took about 5 minutes for them to tell me that I was going to need $1700 not $1000 but they would give me a few weeks to pay the other $700 ..... THAT WASNT OUR DEAL.... And I couldn't pay the other $700 so I had to figure out how to get back home , plus I still don't have a car and the manager was like "so what" and the money I paid over the phone is now going to be tied up roughly a week before it's returned to me so I have to wait a week before I can try to buy a car somewhere else..... So they royally screwed me and the amount of damage they costed me well exceeds the money I paid them..... I wouldn't recommend this place even to someone I don't like More

We drove from Lawrenceville to Athens, then back to Lawrenceville because they had 2 cars listed for $6000. When we got there, we were basically called liars and were forced to show proof of the cars. When we showed the proof, they made us go to the other dealwrship that basically laughed and said we carry nothing under $12,000. It was nothing but false advertising and a total scam. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Buyer beware. You've been warned!!! More
My brother loves his car but they finessed him on the interest rate for the finance. He put down 4500 dollars and his interest rate on his loan was still 19%.
