We had been looking for a Chrysler Town and Country to fit our needs for many weeks. Fortunately, we came across just what we were looking for on Cars.com at Appleton Motorcars. We called and the service manager took our call and explained what the vehicle was all about. We made an appointment to drive to Appleton (100 miles) to see it on a Saturday morning. George was excellent to work with! He likewise, explained that the vehicle had jus been received at their business. There were some things they were planning to fix in the following days. We were treated with great respect, it was like doing business with a friend. Doing business with George was an awesome experience.

Mark Miller keep in touch but did not push us to buy something we didn’t need, he also went out of the way to get us a good deal. Thank You!!! We purchased a totally restored 1969 classic mustang from north shore. No issues. Until recently we have asked for backup proof that per his advertisement it was numbers matching , important in car collections , and truly did have have a three year restoration. We tried contacting jeff for over six months this past year. Many emails and phone calls which were always intercepted by his Assistant. All we wanted were pictures of the restoration and some backup history on the car. Jeff has never responded. Finally. His assistant told me jeff felt he had no duty to further discuss anything with me Period Huh ? What kind of a dealer does not communicate with his past customers ? Now. We wonder what he is maybe hiding ? What in his add is maybe not as it is stated. We have also filed a complaint with the bbb as I do not think anyone should ever buy a car when the dealer goes dark on you after you drive off . We suspect his claim and or warranty as stated now may not be as claimed as I now have to pay to have an expert verify what jeff has claimed. This just does not seem right I would not recommend this dealer

Mike Bond was very informative and upfront. The current auto shortage makes things more difficult for consumers and salespeople, but we were treated with respect and honesty. I also appreciate that they are sticking to MSRP in a climate in which they could probably get more. I do not buy toyotas in the town that I live because of the way that I have been treated there in the past. I would make the trip to Bergstrom again for my next purchase. Ask for Mike Bond, and you will get straight answers.

We couldn’t be happier with our 1996 Dodge Dakota we purchased this spring. We use the truck at our property in Northern Wisconsin so wanted 4 wheel drive and larger engine. For the price this was a steal. We had the vehicle checked at Pete’s Auto Service first but nothing unexpected for a 22 year old truck. Folks should keep in mind the dealer is selling older used vehicles for low price - these are not newer vehicles - so expectations should be set accordingly.
