I went to dealer to check out car we were interested. I told them I have to work so I just wanted to test drive and think about it. Agent suggest to get quotes and we liked the deal. They told me 30 min everything is done. we were doing paper works and they told me my credit score wont apply to the deal we made ( I already told them my score before everything starts...) I was quite upset because I waisted my time and I had to go to work. I told them I am not interested in so Agent changed his attitude completely and told me "Dont be rude" with threatening face. I was so scared that he would phisically do something... I run into managers office and they told me don't worry we will take care of it. They quickly try to close sale but their system rundown so I couldn't pay or do anything. At that point,Its been 2 and half hours past. I was late for work and my husband was late for meeting. They told me to come back next day. NO WAY!! In the way, I was glad that payment didn't go through because I shouldn't give them my hard working money for that horrible service I experienced.

Details matter, they were very helpful on every issue, Yes, I recommend this place, I doubt they need the reviews, but I feel compelled to thank them.. Thank you Dee and team..

Lack of knowledge or customer service - WIlliam WIse

Came in looking for a new SUV because I am a single dad with 5 children. I found the lack of customer service apparent almost immediately. My questions were ignored. I was talked over. I was not listened to. The young salesman seemed completely disinterested in my business, which I eventually took elsewhere.

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT -Poor Phone Communication - Bill Wallace

I brought my wife's Acura in for a service problem. The vehicle repair was done in timely order considering parts hsd to be ordered in. But the problem with this dealerdhip is the telephone communication. I called to verify the car was ready, gave the name of the person I wanted to speak with and ended up with my call being answered by the adjacent Honda dealership service, who knew nothing about my vehicle.

Worst service I’ve had for getting ahold of someone to sell me a vehicle! Serious customer ready to buy and had to keep calling to get ahold of them. Sales manager very not willing to work with customers!
