Absolutely loved my experience here at Mission Viejo Acura. Ive purchased multiple cars from multiple dealerships and i have to say, Michael Stepp provided the best experience I've ever had at a dealers Acura. Ive purchased multiple cars from multiple dealerships and i have to say, Michael Stepp provided the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. He was very patient and NEVER pushy. He made my wife & i feel comfortable the entire time we were there. Safue Alailma was able to get me a better deal than my credit union with extended warranties and maintenance services. He offered me an interest rate 2.5% lower than my own bank. I will never buy from another dealership again. Im keeping my business here. Michael & Safue went above and beyond. More
