Do not go to this car dealer BEWARE!!! FIND ANOTHER ACURA DEALER THE SALES MANAGER PEGGY SMITH AND DAVID YERGEAU SHOULD BE FIRED AND WHOEVER HIRED THESE EMPLOYESS SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. I HAVE ALL FACTS VIA DEALER THE SALES MANAGER PEGGY SMITH AND DAVID YERGEAU SHOULD BE FIRED AND WHOEVER HIRED THESE EMPLOYESS SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. I HAVE ALL FACTS VIA TEXT AND EMAIL TO BACK THIS UP DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. PEGGY SENT ME A CAR FAX TWO WEEKS AGO AND AN INVOICE TO PURCHASE IT STATES THIS DEALER DID A FULL INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE IS GOOD TO GO. TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NO VIRTUAL TEST DRIVE WHICH THEY PROMISE ON THE INTERNET !!!! xxxxxxxxx!!! I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR AND MY SALES REP DAVID IS xxxx NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO YOU CALL HIM OR TEXT HIM HE DOESNT RESPOND UNTIL DAYS LATER WHICH IS THE REASON I WAS DEALING WITH PEGGY ANYWAY. THE WIRE INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND THE MONEY DOESN'T WORK I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS THAT I FORWARDED TO THE DEALER. CANT UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE PAYING CASH FOR A VEHICLE WHY THIS IS THE THIRD WEEK AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR. I CANT FIND OR SPEAK TO MY SALES REP HE IS LIKE TRYING TO FIND WALDO. FINALLY GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH PEGGY SHE TELLS ME " YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY YOU DIDNT BUY THE CAR BECAUSE THE MOTOR WAS BLOWN.!!!HUH!! I CALLED DAVID MY SALES REP HE SAID THE DEALER SOLD IT OVER THE WEEKEND PEGGY IS LYING. !!!HUH!!! HOW DID YOU SELL A CAR I AM PAYING CASH FOR I HAD A CAR TRANSPORT WAITING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS THAT KEARNY ACURA SPOKE TO AND SCHEDULED THE PICKUP COSTING ME $1145 TO SHIP. TO NJ. WHICH BY THE WAY DAVID LIED IN THE BEGINNING AND SAID THE DEALER HAD TO SHIP THE CAR AND IT WOULD COST ME 1800 I TOLD THEM I HAD MY OWN SHIPPING COMPANY THATS CHARGING ME 1145 AND WAS TOLD I COULDNT USE THEM !!!HUH!!!WHY I PAID CASH FOR THE CAR I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICK WHO I WANT TO SHIP IT(WHOLE NOTHER ISSUE). HOW DID YOU SELL THE CAR OR DID THE MOTOR REALLY BLOW IF SO WHY DID YOU SEND ME PAPERWORK STATING THE DEALER CHECKED THE CAR AND IT WAS GOOD TO GO. I CALLED ANOTHER SALES REP AND HE TOLD ME SOME GUY DROVE DOWN FROM LA AND PAID CASH FOR THE CAR OVER THE WEEKEND..HUH!!! SO I BEEN TRYING TO BUY THIS CAR FOR 3 WEEKS SOME RANDOM CUSTOMER COMES IN 1 DAY AND LEAVES WITH THE VEHICLE SUPER SHADY. I CALLED PEGGY SHE SAID THIS IS MY PERSONAL PHONE I HAVE PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE I CANT TALK TO YOU ABOUT THIS JUST BE GLAD YOU DIDNT BUY THE CAR...xxx...xxxx THIS WHOLE DEALERSHIP AND EVERYTHING IT REPRESENTS AND STANDS FOR. Davie helped us out and was very helpful and responsive. He showed us all models of the MDX's and we decided on an MDX advanced. He was commmunicative in letting us know what Advanced models were arriving He showed us all models of the MDX's and we decided on an MDX advanced. I just had my maintenance service yesterday because my TLX needed A1 service and as expected, James M. exuded great customer service, he's definitely knowledgeable, very accommodating and well-mannered. The required maintenance/service documents were done electronically due to covid19 and the payment as well was comoleted securely via online.
