I came for problem with my transmission and my car was out of warranty. After they checked it, it turned out it need another transmission. They covered it under service builtin and i didn't have to pay an out of warranty. After they checked it, it turned out it need another transmission. AutoNation Acura in South Bay gave me stellar service when I sold a Acura a few years ago and again shined when I bought a new MDX this week. Ms. Davis was easy to work with and answered all my questions when I sold a Acura a few years ago and again shined when I bought a new MDX this week. Ms. Davis was easy to work with and answered all my questions via phone and email before I even came to the lot. Once there the actual process was easy and relatively quick. At no point was I pressured by sales or finance. I left in a new car and all intentions to buy from them in the future. This is the 6th Acura our family has purchased. We have worked with other dealers in the past, but this was by fare the best experience buying a car that I have had. Ms. Davis has followed up with me multiple times offing help with any of the tech or driving feature that I was not utilizing to the fullest. More
I came in for service with the warranty item that should have been covered. My service advisor, Gabby, kept the vehicle for a week, before I was told that the warranty rejected the claim. I was then sent have been covered. My service advisor, Gabby, kept the vehicle for a week, before I was told that the warranty rejected the claim. I was then sent to Honda to fix the problem. I took the car there, and it turns out it was not a manufacturers issue at all. It was NOT the AC condenser it was the pipe or line leading to it; an issue should've been covered under my AutoNation extended warranty. Thank God Honda stepped in and offered a cost effective resolution (As well as a loaner car, to make up for the inconvenience of the almost $800 I had to spend renting one out of my pocket. Due to the denied AutoNation extended warranty claim and terrible service advisor). I will never visit this dealership again. More

I was greeted by Steve. I did not have an appointment but came in on an emergency. My battery died for the 5th time and I needed a replacement. Steve took care of me immediately demonstrating empathy and genuine concern. He is the best. He did not try to oversell me repairs I did not need.
