Typical car dealership. Multiple emails from various salesman with the same questions you just answered to the previous several salesman. It's as if one associate doesn't know the others called you. Finally, if they see they can't make an immediate sale, the communication drops off a cliff. Finally, the managers begin to email you, to see if your questions have been answered; really? The disconnect in communication is from the top to the bottom. It baffles me they as so clueless, but just give it a few months, where the dealership will be "under new management", yet the circus act continues. More

My car has rich condition with p0172 and p0175. Set up an appointment online, everything looked good and on the day I setup, I find out their website isn’t working properly. Since their website doesn’t work correctly I don’t have a set appointment and also they have change policies that prevent loaner cars for basic service. I’ve always used these loaners for test drives of the newer cars and different models. When I showed my displeasure, his solution was to take away the car wash to save some time, like running it through the automatic car wash was the time suck. I will now be looking at different names and models of cars that allow loaner vehicles. If they had given me the loaner, like I thought I had, I wouldn’t of had the time to do these poor reviews. Happy when we left but didn’t last long. Buying the car they convinced us to switch credit unions for our loan. Turned into a massive xxxx show. They lied to us. When I went to finance Randy was very fast and Brian Powers, the sales manager, gave me a little more than what I wanted for my trade in. I would recommend friends and family to Niello Acura to anyone to buy or service their Acura! More
Vehicle Servicing - Poor Recommendations and Poor Value Upon multiple visits to Niello Acura dealership in Roseville, I have had instances where I was either mislead about service/cost, condition of my vehi Upon multiple visits to Niello Acura dealership in Roseville, I have had instances where I was either mislead about service/cost, condition of my vehicle's components (I have later verified condition of those components with other shops and another dealer - their findings differed greatly from Niello's notes / recommendations) and paid extra for service that was unsatisfactory (upon bringing it up with the rep, he told me that whatever they did was normal... not exactly what you want to hear from Acura... some of these issues had to be corrected at other shops for additional money). Also, received estimates turned out to be lower than the actual costs - it would also be reasonable to include tax especially if cost is over $1K... I'm not asking for a partial cost after all. Now, whenever I need service, I opt to go extra 30 miles to another dealer, since I have 0 trust in what these guys do and I do not want to be upsold on things or pay extra for parts that do not need replacement. I came in with a loan approval letter from my credit union. The salesman, Tony was friendly and not too pushy. Sat down with Luke, financial closer. He types deal with 3.99, over $16K for $13K car tax, lic & reg 1100 per dmv.ca.gov. I asked what a $795 charge was. Luke says it was for LoJack. I don’t want it. Luke replied I have to have it. I walked out. Filing complaint with Ca Dept of Business Oversite. LoJack needed to be in sticker price of car, not to included in sticker but to ‘pad’ price in sales contract is fraudulent. Sticker prices are not to be used as bait. More

Spoke with a salesman about a truck I was interested in that they have listed for 2700 over what car gurus carfax etc says the truck is worth. I told them what I want to pay and asked if that's possible, the salesman assured me they would "make it work" I have no car as I sold mine a few weeks ago. They offered to pick me up in the truck I was interested in. The truck was fine I drove it back to the dealership and they sat me down and after negotiating moved nowhere close to what I told them I could afford, 3k more! How is that making it work? Making it work for them maybe! They figured If they had me out there with no ride home I would just pay full price? I told them I couldn't afford what they have it listed for and now they have me stranded out here 30min away from my home! I now have to pay $30 for an uber. More
