Service people get commission on services. So they push things that your car doesn't need at the time. Service people are not honest and tell you upfront that their warranties are as good as y So they push things that your car doesn't need at the time. Bought tires and they said they don't warrant their tires if something goes wrong you need to go directly to the company. That sucks because if I knew that I would had bought my tires at Costco or any other tire company that guarantee the product. Their are not sympathetic about the situation and you feel they are laughing in your face. Too bad I already spent like $10,000 in services there. More

BEWARE!!!! DEALERSHIP KNOWN FOR FALSE PROMISES! I did a recent shopping with Hopkins Acura Redwood City. I had a RDX lease ending and wanted to get into a new TLX lease. My RDX had little over mil I did a recent shopping with Hopkins Acura Redwood City. I had a RDX lease ending and wanted to get into a new TLX lease. My RDX had little over mileage than what I'm supposed to use. Pablo was the sales guy who helped me in choosing the car and take care of all lease closure formalities. And the drama happened, He promised me taking care of the over usage charges which I have to pay to Acura instead he asked me to take the Paint and Glass protection for 3 years. I agreed and went with the sale. Couple of months passed, no update on closing my existing lease account, when I reached out to Pablo, he put the blame on Covid and said he will check with the management on what's going on. While all this happening, Acura Financial reported the outstanding amount to collection agency and my credit dropped by 45 points. Pablo came back saying I would need to pay the outstanding amount to Acura Financial and dealership can do nothing. I asked him to cancel the protection which I took, but he refused saying it's all applied to the car and can't do anything. I tried to talk to the manager Jeff but he didn't had time to listen to and handed over to Pablo again, who is giving all false statements. Infact this is my 3rd car with the same dealership. First 2 times Shannon was helping me out and such a great human, He is not in the dealership anymore. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
