There is no GAP included, but has to be purchased. We purchased GAP through a Credit Union Bank at a way cheaper price. The great part was Ryan and Will made it easier to use a Credit Union Bank to make the purchase of the new car. We didn't like the first deal, but the 2nd was just right. It's always based on the bank, but they are always willing to help you get to where you need, reasonably. I will definitely work with them or will always try to look for them. Even the AAA companies recommend these guys. Thanks for the new car! More

Great service I’ve been servicing my Acura at the dealership where I purchased it for many years but it was time to change the timing belt. My previous dealership q I’ve been servicing my Acura at the dealership where I purchased it for many years but it was time to change the timing belt. My previous dealership quoted me a price which seemed high so I started calling around. Thomas Acura had the best price, about $800 below my original quote. Went there and talked with Jimmy who had me in a loaner car and back on the road in minutes. Jimmy kept me informed as to the progress and now my Acura runs beautifully. My only complaint is that my wife fell in love with the loaner car-2019 Acura RDX-and now wants one. Overall a great experience. More

The service department though is by far the best service department that I have ever been to in thirty years. The owner, Ian Thomas comes out, shakes your hand, and talks with you. I've met and shaken the hands of most the mechanics that work on my vehicles. Many of the sale's team members and all of the service team members great me by name and with a smile and a handshake. I just can't say enough about this dealership. The experience I have is why I keep coming back. More
