From my limited time working with everyone, they were all straight forward, and from what I can tell to this point, honest and trustworthy. This is my 6th Acura but the first purchased from Courtesy. Took a leap of faith by buying it over the internet but Rick did a great job helping me, including picking me up from the airport. Plub for Cole as well. He did a great job getting me approved and a very competitive interest rate. Thanks to both for a great experience. If they ever want to relocate to KC, I'll put a good word for them both at Jay Wolfe Acura. More

When the finance office was busy with another customer and we had to wait for over 15 minutes, Rick A. took initiative, printed out the required documents and smoothly completed the process. The entire process of buying our SUV, from the moment we set foot in the dealership to the moment we left, including test drive, lasted two hours and a few minutes.
