It was time to add some excitement to my life and Acura of Berlin could not have been a more fitting place to make that happen. While I was a previous customer of their Service Department for 7 years, this was my first experience with their Sales Department. Car purchased: 2022 RDX with Tech Thank you to Robert, Larissa, Tom and Eric for their unwavering customer service and attention to detail. I admit to being a customer that scrutinizes the customer service experience no matter where I go. Consumers have choices these days and should settle for nothing less than outstanding service. This dealership exceeded my expectations for the car-buying experience. Why ? 1.) Immediately upon entering the dealership for our test drive and meeting Robert, he did not waste our time. I think he sensed that we were ready and prepared to make a move and I appreciated that he was able to immediately get a read on his customer. 2.) During our test drive, Eric took our trade-in to inspect and value it. Our test drive only lasted a max of 10 minutes and by the time we were back, the inspection and valuation was done. Quick and efficient. 3.) Trade in- The trade-in value offered was exactly in the range we were expecting based on our research. 4.) The offer- The offering price of the car was as expected given the current financial climate. 5.) The “process”- This dealership has no “back and forth” with the mystery Sales Manager sitting behind an iron curtain. The offer for my trade-in was made, the selling price was offered, and we never had to wait for anyone or leave Robert’s office. There was no haggling because the initial offers were exactly as we had researched and planned. (After getting home that day, my husband said to me “Is that it ??? It almost seemed too easy ?!?!) I think this was the most optimal part of the sales process that we appreciated most. 6.) Larissa Hartline- A special shout out to Larissa. Had no idea she was a Sales Manager until AFTER we got home and looked her up online. Because of a package that we were considering adding to the deal, she was consulted for some questions we had. Whatever your idea of a Sales Manager is, throw them out of the door. This is one of the most casual, laid back, down to earth Sales Managers I have ever met in my 30 years of car buying experience. And she can talk shop like no one. Honestly could have confused her for a Service Manager or maybe Technician ? 7.) Prior to our pick-up of the car, I had asked Robert to forward me a copy of the Sales Agreement and Finance paperwork so I could review them for accuracy before arriving. Had the paperwork in 30 seconds with absolutely no discrepancies and one of the fees that I had asked to be removed was accounted for. 8.) Tom in Finance- I usually can’t stand this part of the sales process- Specifically the hard pressure that usually comes with the extended warranties. Nope. Never happened. The only question I got was “May I ask why you are declining?” and once I answered, Tom moved right along. In the interest of full disclosure, we had done an extensive amount of research prior to our sale. We were more than informed on all aspects of the car, the trade-in, the fees associated with car-buying, and had already secured financing (another win for this dealership, they got me an even slightly better rate). I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service, attention to detail and relaxing atmosphere. We will be in the market in the next year or so for for my daughter and husband. No question on where we are going ! More
I had the easiest cat buying experience ever. Started with Eric reaching out after I showed interest and ended with Lucius as my sales man who was very knowledgeable and super friendly. It must be obvious that we are and remain very pleased with all of the services offered by all past and present sales, service, administrative and management personnel. My salesperson, Erica Casey, was referred to me be a former, now retired, employee and she more than 'lived up" to the recommendation. Her professionalism, patience and enthusiasm has helped me to learn and figure out how to operate this new and highly sophisticated vehicle. In addition, she is available to answer any new questions as they come up. More

From start to finish, he made us feel welcomed and never rushed our experience despite us wanting to test drive multiple vehicles without an appointment. Mr. Barrows was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He provided such a great experience that I finally felt confident to purchase an Acura and work with their team. But due to not having the exact car model I wanted, I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from this dealership that day. However, I wanted to leave a review because Mr. Barrows was such an outstanding salesman and solidified my faith with the Honda brand, specifically Acura. More
