We purchased a pickup a number of years ago from this dealership. Hoping for a similarly satisfying experience, I walked onto the "used" lot at Antonino Acura dealership last week and was met quickly by dealership. Hoping for a similarly satisfying experience, I walked onto the "used" lot at Antonino Acura dealership last week and was met quickly by their friendly sales associate, James. This young man was pleasant, helpful and very attentive – not at all aggressive or pushy as one would expect of the stereotypical “used car salesman.” I picked out two vehicles, which James kindly allowed me to test drive. He invited my husband and I to come back and take our choice, the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk, for several hours on a Saturday afternoon, which we did – clinching the sale in our minds, of course. After some weekend research and shopping around, we made our decision. I returned to Antonino the following Monday with my offer and plan of action to purchase the Trail Hawk. Tony, the very helpful sales manager, accepted my offer. The finance manager, Adam, was very information and knowledgeable about my financing and what was best for me regarding interest, and helped me select an extended warranty. At all times, James was there to kindly and politely answer all my questions. He even schooled me on how to operate all the toys and whistles – Special Thanks to YOU, James!!! This entire team went above and beyond my expectations and I am already recommending this excellent dealership to family and friends, and to anyone else who will listen. More

I tried to buy a new TLX here and was met with the worst experience. I was told on the phone that the car had several thousand miles on the odometer and was told a discount off the MSRP could be worked out. experience. I drove 2 hours to the dealership under the impression a negotiation could be had. Once I arrived the salesperson, Adam, would not negotiate whatsoever claiming that the car was "practically new". I was told two different stories about how the car had 3K miles on it between the person on the phone and Adam. I was lied to and manipulated to come to the dealership so I walked away. The same scenario happened at another dealership and they gave me a fantastic deal on the car so I am unsure why this dealership felt the need to lie and hardball me. More

Experience was okay half & half. Customer service was good. But had my valve gasket fixed, had to wait an extra day cause the mechanic didn't put something on tight enough I guess. Then I brought it back & they told me I had to pay to have something else fixed before fixing what they messed up for free. I paid 400 for nothing. A few months ago or so still have the same problem. Was very disappointing to me.. Would have wrote a review sooner but couldnt figure out how. Will not be going back. More

I was enticed into the Acura dealership by an advertisement on TV. Although it was a little misleading, a super salesperson, Sarah Glas explained the difference between what was advertised and wh advertisement on TV. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the car, I had a lot of questions! If you want a direct but not too pushy (as that is very annoying!), honest, pleasant salesperson, go to Sarah. I will get an Acura Tech model next year because it’s a great car, and I will look forward to buying it from Sarah. Overall I was impressed with this dealership. More

Worst service experience ever In 2018 I traded my Honda CRV which I had no issues with that vehicle. I just wanted something more classy and was recommended to go to Antonino Acu In 2018 I traded my Honda CRV which I had no issues with that vehicle. I just wanted something more classy and was recommended to go to Antonino Acura because their used cars were super good and reliable i traded my Honda CRV for the Acura RDX the next day of me buying the Acura engine light came on so upset and disappointed that I was having issues already of one day of buying this car. I called the dealer right away they said it was probably I dI'd not close the gas cover correctly no that did not fix the problem come to find out it was a sensor. They ended up fixing it. NOW 1 year with the Acura I'm having issues with my transmission. I have an extended warranty and now the service manager is telling me that the warranty does not cover them fixing my vehicle because it's maintenance. So why did I pay for a warranty. The service department wants to charge me almost $500 having warrant. Horrible experience also the service manager when I pick up my vehicle I felt like he was being sarcastic in telling me "Oh by the way we did not charge you for the diagnostic we also washed your car and vacuumed it"!!!! Since day one I had issues with this vehicle I thought I was purchasing a great car from antonino I was so wrong. I should have never traded my Honda I went to cardinal Honda to purchase my Honda great experience had my Honda for over 4 years and never had an issue at all!!!!! I should have read the reviews as I see others have had horrible experience at Antonino Acura!!! I played over 20,000.
